Job Summary

J-Six Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Account Officer to support daily accounting operations, inventory reconciliation, cash management, and financial reporting while ensuring the accuracy of financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle petty cash expenses and process reimbursement requests.
• Manage the store by maintaining accurate records of stock received, issued, and available.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage and accountability of stock items.
• Conduct regular spot checks on cash and inventory.
• Follow up with store officers on inventory reports and stock records.
• Reconcile warehouse stock and maintain weekly and monthly closing stock records.
• Oversee the Daily Sales Analysis (DSA) and review sales reports from all outlets.
• Identify and report discrepancies in sales, cash, and inventory records.
• Perform account reconciliations and post receipts and other accounting transactions.
• Assist the Accounts team in preparing accurate financial reports.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial and inventory records.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of account reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Job Summary

J-Six Group is seeking a dedicated and proactive Farm Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of its poultry farm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising farm attendants, ensuring proper management of poultry houses, monitoring bird health and productivity, maintaining accurate farm records, and supporting the overall efficiency of farm operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the poultry pen houses.
• Train, direct, and monitor the activities of pen attendants.
• Conduct routine inspections of pen houses, feed, birds, and farm facilities.
• Ensure proper feeding schedules, cleanliness of pen houses, and the overall wellbeing of the birds.
• Observe birds regularly and promptly report any signs of disease or infection.
• Report faulty equipment and maintenance needs to the Production Manager.
• Maintain accurate daily records of feed consumption, bird inventory, and egg production.
• Monitor farm productivity and advise management on the optimal time to sell birds.
• Evaluate staff performance and maintain discipline within the farm.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and biosecurity standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in poultry farming is mandatory.
• Previous supervisory or team management experience is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to supervise, delegate tasks, and ensure work is completed efficiently.
• Good record-keeping and reporting skills.
• High level of responsibility, integrity, and attention to detail.

Remuneration

• Salary: N100,000 Monthly.
