About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven professional to join our executive team as Chief Investment Officer (CIO).
The successful candidate will provide leadership and oversight for the company’s investment management activities across multiple asset classes, including equities, fixed income, money market instruments, and alternative investments. The role requires strong expertise in portfolio management, investment strategy, capital markets, risk management, and macroeconomic analysis.
The ideal candidate must possess a proven track record of delivering strong risk-adjusted investment performance, leading high-performing investment teams, and driving growth in Assets Under Management (AUM).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s overall investment strategy and asset allocation framework.
- Oversee portfolio management activities across all investment mandates and asset classes.
- Monitor portfolio performance and ensure alignment with investment objectives and benchmarks.
- Lead market research, economic analysis, and investment outlook initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with investment policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management guidelines.
- Drive portfolio optimization and alpha generation strategies.
- Support funds mobilization and client retention initiatives alongside the Business Development team.
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, counterparties, regulators, and market operators.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the investment team to achieve strategic business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
- Professional certifications are required.
- Minimum of 12–15 years relevant experience in asset management, investment banking, portfolio management, or capital markets.
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior investment leadership role.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, portfolio management, and investment analysis.
- Proven ability to manage institutional portfolios and deliver strong investment performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic professional to join our team as Head of Credit and Risk Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the company’s credit management function, overseeing credit analysis, risk assessment, portfolio monitoring, recovery processes, and regulatory compliance.
This role requires a strong understanding of credit risk management, lending structures, portfolio quality management, and financial analysis within the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of the company’s credit risk framework, policies, and procedures.
- Review and assess credit proposals, financial statements, and risk profiles of borrowers and counterparties.
- Oversee credit approvals, documentation, collateral management, and disbursement processes.
- Monitor portfolio performance, concentration risks, and delinquency trends.
- Develop and execute recovery and remediation strategies for delinquent exposures.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare periodic credit risk and portfolio reports for management and committees.
- Work collaboratively with Treasury, Investment, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Business Development teams.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the credit team while promoting a strong risk management culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, FRM,or MBA will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 8–12 years relevant experience in credit risk, lending, asset management, investment banking, or financial services.
- At least 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of credit analysis, financial modeling, and portfolio risk management.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
