Job Summary

The POS Operations Interns will support the day-to-day management of POS terminals. This includes preparing terminals for assignment, assisting with inventory tracking, supporting dispatch and logistics operations, and helping with POS requests and business account setups when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Prep POS terminals for new agents and merchants.
• Assist in processing POS requests, including creating or updating merchant/business records.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assigned and returned devices.
• Collaborate with the POS and support teams to resolve terminal-related issues.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and ensure devices are ready for field deployment.
• Ensure terminals are tested, configured, and logged properly before dispatch.
• Support the logistics and dispatch team with terminal delivery and tracking

Requirements

• OND, HND, or Bachelor\'s degree in any field (or currently studying).
• Strong attention to detail and basic technical competence.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and support field logistics.
• Interest in fintech, operations, or logistics is a plus.

Remuneration: 100k base salary plus commission per merchant Acquisition.

Responsibilities 

Merchant & Agent Acquisition

• Source and recruit merchants and POS agents.
• Execute onboarding, KYC, and activation.

Support & Retention

• Provide timely support for transaction or device issues.
• Maintain regular communication with merchants/agents to reduce churn.

Performance Monitoring

• Use OneCollect dashboard to monitor performance metrics.
• Track transaction volumes and downtime.

⁠Field Reporting

• Submit weekly activity and performance reports.
• Escalate unresolved issues within SLA timelines.

Team Collaboration

• Participate in weekly syncs, monthly workshops, and LMS training.
• Share best practices and assist team development.

• Candidate must reside around Obalende - Ajah axis.
• Good Communication and marketing Skill.
• Strong flexibility to attend to customers on the field.
