    Principal Duties / Responsibilities

    • Delivering informative presentations on IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) and infertility awareness.

    Job Requirements

    To be successful in the role, the candidates should meet the following requirements:

    Educational Qualification:

    • Possess a University Degree with Upper 2nd Class Honors or an equivalent qualification.

    Professional Minimum Qualification:

    • Registered Nurse or Midwife with the necessary credentials.

    Work Experience:

    • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a role related to care provision and service delivery.

    Technical Competencies:

    • Proficiency in computer skills to manage patient records and relevant data.
    • Experience in operating within a theatre setting, ensuring patient safety and surgical readiness.
    • Strong record-keeping and report-writing skills for accurate documentation.

    Managerial Competencies:

    • Proactive and alert in handling healthcare situations and making critical decisions.
    • Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and healthcare professionals.
    • Creativity in finding innovative solutions to complex patient care situations.

    Business Development Executive Maritime

    Job objectives:

As part of our client growth strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to help us expand our presence in the maritime industry

    Principal Duties / Responsibilities

    Market Research and Opportunity Identification:

    • Conduct comprehensive research to identify new markets and customer needs within the maritime industry.
    • Identify viable business opportunities and coordinate business generation activities.
    • Develop customized, targeted sales strategies to expand our reach in the industry.

    Client Engagement and Development:

    • Arrange business development meetings with prospective clients.
    • Understand clients' capacity development needs and provide tailored solutions and support.
    • Address potential client inquiries and conduct effective follow-up communications.

    Job Requirements

    To be successful in the role, the candidates should meet the following requirements:

    • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. 
    • Extensive experience as a sales expert, particularly in complex sales and marketing.
    • Proficiency in drafting, deciphering, and negotiating business or product offerings.
    • Comprehensive understanding of contemporary business and market trends.
    • Good understanding of maritime and cargo business operations.
    • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and an effective communicator with attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
    • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to apply critical thinking to analyze issues.
