    HR/Legal Officer

    Responsibility:

    • Draft, vet and review contracts and advice accordingly.
    • Evaluate information to determine compliance with standards.
    • Offer legal advice and support on issues that may affect the company.
    • Ensure compliance with all the necessary statutory obligations.
    •  Supervise and manage employees’ issues with the company.
    • Proficiency in drafting official letters.
    • Proper file documentation and company secretarial issues.
    • Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. 
    • Studies legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends. 
    • Any other related tasks.
    • QUALIFICATION / REQUIREMENT
    • Bachelor’s degree in Law. A Master’s degree or professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, etc.) is an advantage.
    • A minimum of 3 years experience in human resources and legal compliance.
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and regulations.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
    • Thoroughness in legal document review and compliance matters.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.

    HSE Officer

    Responsibility:

    • Compile safety programs.
    • Regularly inspect equipment and site.
    • Practice safe working techniques.
    • Implement and maintain health and safety standards.
    • Establish a cordial and professional relationship with employees.
    • Maintain compliance of all safety regulations.
    • Conduct regular toolbox meetings to share best practice techniques.
    • Standardize health and safety in order to remain consistent.
    • Identify hazardous waste and disposal of it correctly.
    • Compile and maintain relevant registers to ensure compliance.
    • Document staff information, minutes of meetings, and reports compiled for management.
    • Ensure Technicians are wearing the correct PPE.
    • Monitor technicians.

    Relevant work experience/Qualification:

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor\'s Degree / HND qualification with 3 - 5 years of work experience.
    • Certification in HSE, ISO and NEBOSH is a plus

    Salary & Benefit

    • Salary : N180,000 -N210,000

    Procurement Officer

    Responsibility:

    • Timely procurement and delivery of high quality electromechanical and building products used in the maintenance of a high-rise building
    • Negotiate the best deals for pricing and supply conracts
    • Preparing of Purchase Orders.
    • Review and analyse all vendors, suppliers, supply option and prices
    • Ensure delivery of procured items.
    • Dealings with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors as regards quality electromechanical and building products used in the maintenance of a high-rise building facility.
    • Any other related job.

    QUALIFICATION / REQUIREMENT

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
    • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Salary: N170,000 -N190,000

    Electrical Maintenance Technician

    Responsibility:

    • Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on power control, lighting systems, panels, and other electrical components in buildings and structures.
    • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems, interpreting technical diagrams and drawings accurately.
    • Conduct tests on electrical systems to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
    • Install safety and distribution components like switches, resistors, and circuit-breaker panels.
    • Maintain and repair kitchen and laundry equipment, including checking and replacing faulty parts.
    • Inspect and maintain smoke detectors, fire alarm systems, and associated equipment for optimal performance.
    • Clean and maintain various pumps and fan motors, including sewage pumps, booster pumps, and extractor fans.
    • Conduct regular inspections, testing, and repairs on lights, emergency lights, and smoke management systems in parking areas, staircases, and technical rooms.
    • Communication, honesty, responsibility, collaboration and awareness is key in any task.

    Relevant work experience/Qualification:

    • Hold at least an OND/HND qualification or equivalent Trade Test certification in Electrical.
    • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrician with a focus on maintenance. 

    Salary & Benefit 

    • Salary: N150,000 - N170,000
    • Pension
    • HMO
    • Overtime
