Job Description

• The key role of a Call Centre Quality Analyst is to ensure that our agents provide quality service in line with the Organization's objectives by monitoring agent - customer interactions daily, and providing reports and general feedback as required.

Qualifications
Applicant must possess the following:         

• Bachelor's Degree in any subject.
• 3-4 years of experience in similar field (Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) or Telecom).
• Excellent Customer Service Skill.
• Superb listening and analytical ability.
• Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skill is a MUST.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Effective organizational and time management skill with the ability to meet deadline.
• Excellent Leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
• Be ready to work on shift.
• Quality Assurance Certification is an advantage.

Job Description

• Lead the preparation and reconciliation of the company’s various tax returns and supporting requirements.
• Monitors and ensures compliance/registration with SEC and other government units.
• Maintains constant liaison with all other departments or strategic business units within the Group to ensure that compliance is observed down the line·       
• Pursue tax-saving opportunities and conduct moderate to complex research & analysis for improvements.
• Maintains and tracks technical documents.

Qualifications

• B.Sc in Accounting or similar role.
• 5 - 7 years experience in similar role.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications (word processing, spreadsheet, graph, database)·
• Reliable data entry skills; displays thoroughness and attention to detail.
