Business Relationship Officer at Sospitas Integrated Services

Act as a primary point of contact for the company’s existing partners key personnel 

Conduct scheduled meetings with assigned partners to review and track services being rendered by the company

Provide constructive feedback and ideas to partners to ensure their needs are met and solutions are provided when needed 

Conduct consistent communication (written and verbal) internally within the company from both a business and technical perspective on assigned partners

Prepare, analyse and conduct daily measurement reviews of assigned partners’ needs 

Create and manage long lasting relationship with partners

Maintain a partners database by entering required information about status and further possible opportunities

Identify areas for continued process improvement for partners

Conduct due diligence research on potential partners 

Develop and apply appropriate partnership risk assessment instruments to ensure the appropriate allocation of risk 

Stay up-to-date on cutting edge aspects of public-private partnerships, corporate social responsibilities initiatives and best practice, locally and globally, that could possibly be used in the company’s partnership model

Perform due diligence research on proposed partners

Develop and apply appropriate partnership risk assessment instruments to ensure the appropriate allocation of risk

Implement action plans to operationalize partnerships to advance contract activities and achieve planned results

Send accurate report on partners relationship to the Relationship Manager for onward forwarding to management as when required

Research partners, identify key players and generate interest

Perform all other duties as may be required of this role

Ensure 3rd party organisations meet their sales target

Supports partners in enquiries and complaints.
