• This is a hands-on coordination role, you will sit at the centre of daily operations, working directly with management to keep the business running smoothly across order fulfillment, team coordination, logistics, and process execution.

What You Will Be Doing

• Coordinate daily operations across e-commerce and logistics activities
• Oversee order processing, fulfillment, dispatch, and delivery coordination end-to-end
• Monitor customer service operations and ensure service standards are met
• Support the execution of operational strategies and process improvement initiatives
• Track performance metrics and prepare regular operational reports for management
• Identify bottlenecks and implement practical fixes
• Manage relationships with logistics partners, vendors, dispatch riders, and third-party service providers
• Maintain accurate operational documentation and records
• Facilitate clear communication between management and frontline operational teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in operations, logistics, e-commerce, or business coordination
• Direct experience working within an e-commerce or logistics company — this is a firm requirement
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate teams and manage operational workflows under pressure
• Strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Solid problem-solving ability and comfort with producing structured reports
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Experience with operational, inventory, or logistics management systems is an advantage.
