    Business Manager

    Location: Lekki, Lagos

    Job Summary

    • The ideal candidate will work directly with the founder and head florist. He acts a bridge / coordinator by ensuring that all the elements required to deliver an excellent product come together harmoniously.

    Responsibilities

    • Overall team supervision
    • Overseeing online and offline sales
    • Managing daily, weekly and monthly reports and reconciliation
    • Supervising delivery operations
    • Interfacing with clients to resolve issues and facilitate
    • Coordinating with vendors and event planners
    • Ordering flowers (perishables)
    • Ordering gifts, accessories and other disposables (nonperishables)
    • Supervising inventory
    • Overseeing liaison with developers for the website and other technology platforms and coordinating photo shoots
    • Working with the sales manager to ensure sales are focused and driven – the website is up and running always and constantly updated in line with seasonal trends and floral holiday offerings.

    Work Hours:

    • Mondays to Fridays 8am to 5pm; Saturdays 9am to 3pm

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess Bachelor's degree
    • Minimum of 3 years managerial or supervisory experience
    • We will prefer if you live within Lagos Island, Yaba, Ikoyi, Lekki phase one
    • Experience in the creative industry will be highly regarded
    • Male preferably for gender balance.

    Fitness Center Manager

    Location: Lekki, Lagos

    Job Summary

    • This role is quite strategic, the ideal candidate will be required to serve as a middle man between the CEO, COO and the board of directors as well as the customers, vendors and other stakeholders

    Responsibilities

    • Purchase materials, plan inventory and ensure efficiency
    • Daily operations of the center in order to improve performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies
    • Manage partner staff to improve performance and procedures
    • Ensure marketing achievements are effectively utilized to increase profit
    • Work with the COO, CEO and board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long - term goals
    • Ensure visitors and employees are entering a clean and safe environment that meets health & safety standards as set by the company as well as local rules and regulations at all times
    • Purchase materials, plan inventory and ensure efficiency
    • Appraise partner’s performance in line with client’s expectations and center’s standards
    • Provide strategic input into the company, setting your team's future up for growth and success
    • Build alliances and partnerships with other complimentary service industry
    • Deliver consistent performance against set targets on key customer satisfaction measures and carry out daily / weekly reviews of KPI’s

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree and training in Business management and similar experience
    • Health and safety training is an added advantage
    • A minimum of 3 years experience with at least 2 years in similar positions especially in the hospitality industry

    Skills Required:

    • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners and employees
    • Successfully deliver large, design-build, and self-performed projects
    • Promote a safe and quality-driven culture, both project and company - wide
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Operations Management, Policy Strategy and Execution and Project Coordination, Contract Management, Risk Management, Problem Solving, Time Management, and Negotiation skills.

    Compensation

    • Basic Salary: N150,000 - N200,000 monthly
    • Premium Health package will be given
