    Business Development Manger

    Job Summary

    • The role of the Business Development Manager is to improve an organization’s market position and achieve financial growth by identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals, building key customer relationships, and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
    • Cold call as appropriate within the geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
    • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
    • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
    • Research and build relationships with new clients.
    • Set up meetings between client decision makers.
    • Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
    • Participate in pricing the solution/service.
    • Ability to resolve conflicts and handle issues timely to a positive conclusion
    • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
    • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
    • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.

    • Qualification: A degree in Sales/ Marketing, Business Admin, Economics or related discipline
    • Experience: Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ work experience
    • Experience in Oil and Gas industry, ideally on a regional level  counts.

    Additional Requirement:

    • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
    • Strong presentation/ communication skills with good understanding of business to business environment and excellent business acumen.
    • Proven track record in Sales and New Business Development activities and achievement.
    • English: speak, read, and write level ‘A’.

    Business Development Executive

    Job Description

    • Researching organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets
    • Building and maintaining relationships with all qualified opportunities
    • Managing a sales pipeline to ensure projected revenue targets are achieved
    • Managing and reporting on sales activity and sales pipelines using CRM and other systems
    • Working closely with operations, marketing, and other colleagues across the group to ensure solutions presented to clients are workable
    • Pitching products and services.
    • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
    • Originating, managing and closing enterprise-level solutions focused deals
    • Seeking new sales prospects through your own initiative, networking, referrals and partnership relationships
    • Preparing and conducting sales presentations
    • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
    • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
    • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
    • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

    Qualifications/Skills

    • Minimum of Bachelors' degree or its equivalent in Sales/Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline.
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role and industry.
    • Proven track record of closing new business deals and a natural ability to drive sales.
    • Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
    • Strong Communication skills
    • Excellent presentation skills.
