    Business Development Officer

    Responsibilities:

    • Build new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
    • Ensuring customer satisfaction, exceeding targets, generating income, and providing value for clients.
    • Identifying, recommending, and generating new business opportunities, negotiating, and managing relationships with tactical partners in line with corporate goals.
    • Research and analyse new business opportunities by developing and leveraging on both new and existing relationships.
    • Develop and implement tactical strategies for enhancing business growth.
    • Actively participate in sourcing, bidding, and ensuring that all bids are won.
    • Initiate partnership and relation with OEM’s (original equipment manufacturers) that will provide the required services.

    Required Skills / Qualifications

    • At least a B.Sc. in a related discipline.
    • The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Marine and Energy business development.
    • Knowledge of the Oil & Gas, Maritime and Energy sector and key business drivers will be an added advantage.
    • Candidates should have strong links to industry and knowledge of the business drivers for the key markets.
    • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
    • Strong networking and interpersonal skills
    • Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills.

    Procurement Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Overseeing and supervising all purchasing activities.
    • Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
    • Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
    • Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
    • Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
    • Reviewing, comparing, analysing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
    • Managing purchased inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
    • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
    • Implements the technical purchases sourcing process including supplier selection, risk mitigation, and contract execution.
    • Evaluates suppliers’ offers in terms of the commercial and technical requirements.
    • Conducts on‐the‐ground inspection of parts and materials.
    • Coordinates purchasing activities with other departments.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technical Background is required.
    • 3-5 years working in the same position in an organisation offering similar services.
    • Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
    • Supervisory and management experience.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

    Tender Engineer

    Responsibilities

    • To prepare and deliver quality technical bids and commercial offers in line with call for tender instructions and internal procedures.
    • Oversee tender operations, and manage tender operations.
    • Manage tender and bidding processes to clients and follow up with necessary agencies and departments to close out on bidding processes.
    • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization and must have contacts with the IOCs.
    • Monitor progress, optimize schedule, report, and act on any deficiency.
    • Ensure regular follow-up of the proposal with the client and liaise with Line Manager for further action.
    • Participate in negotiations of contracts up to final signature of contract.
    • Review thoroughly and understand all contract requirements and to clarify the scope of delivery.

    Requirements

    • The ideal candidate should have 4 years of cognate experience as Tender Engineer in the Oil & Gas, Marine and Energy sector.
    • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technical Background is required.
