    Business Development Manager

    The Business Development Manager will play a key execution role in:

    • Planning, developing, marketing, executing, monitoring, resolving issues and initiating appropriate
    • corrective actions to ultimately boost sales and commercial growth of the organisation.

    The Business Development Manager will be expected to execute industry best practices for:

    • Sales growth
    • Sales process development
    • Sales channel development
    • Stakeholder communication
    • Market scoping and assessment
    • Process and programme monitoring
    • Customer recruitment (B2C and B2B)
    • Costs, budget and expense management
    • Support brand marketing & social media activities
    • Activities and interventions to address arising market challenges
    • Defining required product offerings and innovations for the market
    • Contributing to governance structure and quality assurance measures
    • Management of third party (internal teams and external suppliers) contributors
    • Additional responsibilities may include research and application of global education technology trends; best practice discovery and competitor analyses of local market trends; exploration of new opportunities, customer groups and revenue streams and recommendation for development of local and global job placement opportunities.
    • Other ad-hoc duties as may be delegated.

    PREFFERED EDUCATION

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
    • Additional sales or relevant certifications

    KEY KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

    • 8+ years general working experience
    • 4+ years core sales or business development experience

    PREFFERED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

    • 2+ years experience in technology or related sector
    • Fair knowledge of human resources management processes
    • Fair knowledge of planning, managing and delivering training programmes
    • Previous responsibility for generating own leads and managing sales cycles
    • Demonstrable and quantifiable successes and track record in securing new business (B2B or B2C)
    • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Word)

    AC Technician

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Carry out regular servicing of air condition units, repair and ensure routine maintenance check of all cooling equipment within the building facilities.
    • Perform inspection, maintenance, repairs, and installation of air conditioning systems, including (FCU) fan coil unit drain line, cooling systems and related equipment.
    • Frequent cleaning of FCU filters, routine assessment of chilled water supply systems and replacing (AHU) air handling unit filters as at when due.
    • Identify all faulty cooling equipment, perform repairs on the systems and observe preventive maintenance for all HVAC systems.
    • Identify maintenance risks on equipment and coordinate efforts with the HVAC maintenance vendors to ensure all systems are functioning perfectly.
    • Monitor chilled water line level and ensure an optimal performance of all AHU & chillers.
    • Respond to AC faults & related work, and repair other maintenance tasks.
    • Provide assistance to other maintenance personnel and ensure proper daily logs an records of all maintenance functions.
    • Monitor all air conditioning units and schedule maintenance for all heating and cooling units & keep records of all malfunctioning mechanical equipment.
    • Work from multiple locations, when required.
    • Perform ad hoc duties as may be required from time to time.

    • Familiarity with diverse cooking techniques and ingredients
    • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and kitchen procedures

    Desirable Qualities:

    • Certification in culinary arts or related field
    • Experience working in a similar kitchen environment
    • Knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements
    • Creativity in menu planning and presentation
