Carry out regular servicing of air condition units, repair and ensure routine maintenance check of all cooling equipment within the building facilities.
Perform inspection, maintenance, repairs, and installation of air conditioning systems, including (FCU) fan coil unit drain line, cooling systems and related equipment.
Frequent cleaning of FCU filters, routine assessment of chilled water supply systems and replacing (AHU) air handling unit filters as at when due.
Identify all faulty cooling equipment, perform repairs on the systems and observe preventive maintenance for all HVAC systems.
Identify maintenance risks on equipment and coordinate efforts with the HVAC maintenance vendors to ensure all systems are functioning perfectly.
Monitor chilled water line level and ensure an optimal performance of all AHU & chillers.
Respond to AC faults & related work, and repair other maintenance tasks.
Provide assistance to other maintenance personnel and ensure proper daily logs an records of all maintenance functions.
Monitor all air conditioning units and schedule maintenance for all heating and cooling units & keep records of all malfunctioning mechanical equipment.
Work from multiple locations, when required.
Perform ad hoc duties as may be required from time to time.
