    Business Development Manager (Elevator Sales)

    Job Summary

    • As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the acquisition of new clients, management of key accounts, and development of strategic partnerships.
    • You will identify sales opportunities, prepare commercial proposals, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective collaboration with internal teams.

    Responsibilities

    • Prospect, generate, and close new business opportunities across assigned regions
    • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
    • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to potential clients
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized customer solutions
    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. Degree / HND qualification in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years experience in elevator, real estate, construction, or equipment sales.
    • Proven track record in business development and deal closure.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently across regions.

    Salary
    N250,000 - N350,000 per month.

    Senior Sales Account Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify target customers and develop network plans with specific objectives across various channels and market segments.
    • Lead the execution of access network projects from initiation to completion, ensuring internal alignment and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
    • Analyze customer insights, market trends, and industry best practices to design and implement effective marketing strategies.

    Quantity Surveyor

    Job Summary

    • As the Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for estimating construction costs, preparing bills of quantities, and providing pricing and cost verification services for projects.
    • You will ensure cost efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with project and industry standards.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare bills of quantities and cost estimates for building and road projects
    • Perform takeoff, measurement, and valuation of construction works
    • Prepare tender and bid documents, and verify project costs and progress
    • Maintain accurate records and prepare periodic project and cost reports

    Requirements

    • B.Sc Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
    • 3–4 years’ relevant experience in building and construction projects
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, and Planswift
    • Excellent negotiation, numeracy, and organizational skills
    • Membership of a professional surveying body is an added advantage.
