    Business Development Manager

    Job Summary

    • Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the marketing team.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, with a strong focus on liability generation and quality risk asset creation. 
    • This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in selling banking products, achieving and surpassing set targets, and providing strategic leadership to influence and motivate the team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth in liability generation and risk asset creation.
    • Lead the marketing team to achieve and exceed set sales and business development targets.
    • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best banking practices.
    • Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering a high-performance culture.

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree / HND in Banking & Finance or a related field.
    • Professional certifications such as AIB, MCIB, or ACA will be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in banking or financial institutions, with a strong preference for candidates with Microfinance Bank experience.
    • Strong leadership, sales, and business development skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant banking applications.

    Credit & Recovery Officer

    Summary

    • The ideal candidates will be responsible for credit analysis, loan appraisal, repayment monitoring, and recovery of delinquent loans. 
    • This role requires a proactive professional with strong analytical and recovery skills to minimize Portfolio at Risk (PAR) and ensure a healthy loan portfolio.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct credit analysis and appraisal of loan applications.
    • Monitor loan repayments and ensure timely collections.
    • Develop and implement strategies for recovering delinquent loans.
    • Engage and negotiate with defaulting customers to facilitate repayment.
    • Maintain accurate records of loan performance and recovery activities.
    • Ensure compliance with credit policies and regulatory guidelines.

    Key Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in Banking & Finance, related fields, or numerate courses.
    • Professional certifications such as AIB, MCIB, or ACA will be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 3 years of banking experience, particularly in credit analysis, loan repayment, and recovery.
    • Strong negotiation and debt recovery skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant banking applications

    Marketer / Sales Assistant

    Description 

    • Our client is seeking a self-motivated Marketer / Sales Assistant to drive customer acquisition and deposit mobilization.
    • The ideal candidates will be responsible for canvassing and engaging potential customers to open and operate accounts with the bank.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Actively market and promote the bank’s products and services to attract new customers.
    • Canvass and mobilize customers to open and maintain accounts.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer retention.
    • Meet and exceed set sales and marketing targets.
    • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries about the bank’s offerings.

    Key Requirements

    • OND / NCE in Banking & Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
