    Business Development Manager

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving growth and expansion.
    • As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across key market segments.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
    • Monitor industry developments, customer needs, and emerging trends to stay ahead of the curve and capitalize on new opportunities.
    • Develop and implement targeted lead generation strategies to identify and engage prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Utilize a combination of outbound prospecting, networking, and digital marketing tactics to generate leads and create sales opportunities.
    • Leverage existing networks and establish new connections to expand the company's reach and influence within the marketplace.
    • Identify new business opportunities, initiate business development activities, develop and manage key client relationships, amongst others.
    • Manage and execute the business development strategy, implementing tactical plans to help meet and exceed organizational expectations.
    • Maintain a strong development pipeline according to the targets/strategy to be implemented.
    • Using existing relationships with clients to generate new business
    • Keep up to date with the financial markets daily
    • Follow internal regulations and procedures
    • Complete the required training and development objective within the assigned time frame
    • Provide progress feedback to the management

    Qualifications

    • A University Degree in a related field
    • 3 - 10 years of relevant work experience.
    • Tech Savvy
    • Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager ( with logistics experience is an added advantage)
    • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals (own portfolio will be considered an advantage)
    • Excellent communication and networking skills
    • Basic knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis
    • Ability to work on own initiative, expand, and generate business

    Salary
    N300,000 - N350,000 per month.

    Finance Supervisor

    Job Description

    • We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Supervisor to join our team.
    • The Finance Supervisor will oversee and manage the financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to contribute to strategic decision-making processes.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage all financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
    • Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
    • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing of financial records.
    • Monitor cash flow and manage working capital to maintain the financial health of the company.
    • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to help improve financial performance.
    • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure proper financial controls and compliance.
    • Manage financial planning, including the preparation of financial projections and long-term forecasting.
    • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage tax reporting and filing.
    • Provide guidance and leadership to junior finance team members.
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and financial risk management.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial management.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 7-10 years of experience.
    • ICAN qualification/ Professional stage in ICAN is compulsory
    • Proven experience as a Finance Supervisor, Financial Controller, or in a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of financial management principles, accounting practices, and regulatory requirements.
    • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and other accounting software.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
