    Business Development Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase property sales and market penetration.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, investors, corporate organisations, and strategic partners.
    • Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, and direct marketing initiatives.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing, and business opportunities.
    • Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Present and promote the company’s real estate products and investment opportunities to clients.
    • Negotiate and close business deals while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the real estate industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
    • Strong understanding of the Nigerian real estate market and property investment trends.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.

    Head of Projects

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and oversee all project operations from initiation to completion.
    • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
    • Ensure projects are executed and delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Manage project teams, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and performance.
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
    • Review and approve project designs, schedules, and technical documentation.
    • Provide regular project updates, reports, and strategic recommendations to executive management.
    • Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across project delivery processes.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 7-8 years’ experience in project management, preferably within construction or real estate sectors.
    • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
    • Must possess a valid COREN certification.
    • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, construction standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Marketer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s real estate products and services.
    • Generate quality leads through online and offline marketing activities.
    • Promote property listings through social media platforms, digital campaigns, referrals, and networking.
    • Create engaging marketing content, including flyers, social media posts, videos, and promotional materials.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and business partners.
    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
    • Organize and participate in property inspections, exhibitions, and marketing events.
    • Manage social media platforms and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue and sales targets.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the real estate industry.
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
    • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote work environment.
    • Creative thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools is an added advantage.

    Head of Finance

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the overall finance function, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
    • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives and operational goals.
    • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
    • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury activities to ensure financial stability and liquidity.
    • Drive cost optimization initiatives and improve profitability across business operations and outlets.
    • Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements, including VAT, PAYE, WHT, and corporate filings.
    • Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, inventory accounting, and reconciliation processes.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership position.
    • Prior experience in QSR, FMCG, retail, hospitality, or food service industry is highly preferred.
    • Professional certification such as ACA (ICAN), ACCA, or CFA is required.
    • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation, and Nigerian regulatory requirements.
    • Strong understanding of inventory management, cost control, and multi-outlet financial operations.
    • Proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software, POS systems, and Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
