    Business Development Manager

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Develop annual sales strategy and business plan to drive business growth and the achievement of set goals including increasing sales, market share and profitability; cascade it down to quarterly and monthly sales operations plan
    • Prospect for and identify new business opportunities in the BFSI space
    • Lead FSI market research, market analysis and competitive analysis in order to identify threats and opportunities and develop marketing plan and activities accordingly.
    • Develop the sales and marketing division’s budget in collaboration with finance
    • Lead the development and execution of product launches and related marketing initiatives in the BFSI space.
    • Ensure adherence to the sales process in order to achieve market share gains within key customers in the FSI segment
    • Drive and monitor the implementation of the sales and marketing strategy and take necessary actions to correct deviations
    • Ensure all marketing strategies adhere to the company’s ethical code of conduct.
    • Source and manage relationships with and evaluate the effectiveness of outsourced providers of marketing services.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc. Degree / HND in Marketing or any other relevant disciplines
    • 3 - 5years’ experience in the ICT sector.
    • Knowledge of selling IT solutions and / or infrastructure will be an added advantage

    Bids / Tender Specialist

    Job Description

    • Review of tender and proposal requirements
    • Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation
    • Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with ARIT’s requirements
    • Contribution in cost and price calculations
    • Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the clients
    • Proven experience in winning contracts, delivering within agreed time scales and providing on-going support
    • Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids
    • Arrange all post bid reviews with customers
    • Tracking of Potential issues that may arise in bid preparation and escalation with Senior Management.
    • Coordination of vendor registration process with Business Development Managers
    • Submission of weekly report on bids and EOIs to Executive Management
    • Compilation of submitted bids in soft and hard copy
    • Support the Project Management function

    Qualifications

    • Qualification in project management or equivalent: PMP & Prince 2 isan added advantage
    • B.SC in computer Science or equivalent
    • 3 to 5 years’ experience in the ICT sector.
