    Business Development Executive (B2B)

    Main Purpose of Position:

    • The Business Development Executive for DAREY.IO B2B Business is responsible for driving the growth of our business-to-business (B2B) sales and partnerships.
    • This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and executing strategies to increase revenue and market presence on the B2B side.

    Job Reporting Relationships:

    • Internal Customers: CEO, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Sales Lead, Marketing Team, Product Team
    • External Customers: B2B Clients, Strategic Partners, Industry Contacts

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute effective B2B business development strategies to expand our client base and drive revenue growth in line with the company's goals.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients, identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.
    • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes within the B2B sector.
    • Revenue Growth: Implement initiatives to drive revenue growth through targeted B2B marketing campaigns, lead generation, and customer retention strategies.
    • Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations that can enhance our B2B business.
    • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and optimize the B2B sales pipeline, ensuring efficient conversion rates and accurate forecasting.
    • Data Analysis: Analyze B2B sales data to make data-driven decisions and refine strategies.
    • Budget Management: Effectively manage the B2B business development budget, ensuring maximum ROI.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Proven track record of successfully driving business development and achieving sales targets in the B2B sector.
    • Strong knowledge of B2B marketing principles, strategies, and tools.
    • Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to lead and motivate teams.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
    • Experience in the EdTech/E-Learning industry is preferred but not mandatory.

    Essential Skills:

    • Strategic thinking and planning for B2B markets.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in a B2B context.
    • Strong project management abilities.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing and technology tools relevant to B2B sales.

    • Creative problem-solving skills to address complex B2B challenges.

    Human Resources Associate

    Primary Responsibiities: Human Capital Office

    • Review, design and implement an effective Human Capital Office for the Firm which effectively projects the “People First” mantra of the Organization and its aspirations for world class standards.
    • Develop and implement a progressive sourcing strategy to increase diverse talent acquisition of the best minds and retention including performance metrics and provide management reporting.
    • Create a culture of innovation by encouraging all employees to share new ideas and insights on how to improve processes or procedures.
    • Establish specific performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of each department and individual employee.
    • Recommend ideas and solutions that will contribute to the Firm’s diversity and inclusion strategy and overall business goals and objectives.

    Secondary Responsibility: Executive Office

    • Analyze and understand the strategic business plans and direction of the Firm, especially the overall workings of the Organization Global and its members.
    • Lead the organization’s strategic planning process to ensure that all departments of the Company including the operations of the Organization's Global member firms (especially ABCS and AB Consulting) are adequately aligned with the ethos, culture and global goals of the Firm.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of current strategies and activities to improve performance in identified areas of concern.
    • Identify suitable strategic partners and create all necessary protocols, guidelines and charters for the membership
    • Proactively work with the team towards creating a wide network of global partners and build effective relationships towards generating opportunities for new businesses and realization of the global aspirations of the Firm.

    Requirements:

    • 3 to 5 years experience of core HR Operations.
    • Experience in HR Consulting is an added advantage.
    • Experience is building and setting up a Human Capital department from scratch is an added advantage.
    • Human Resource Certificate e.g ACIPM will be an added advantage
