    Business Development Executive

    Job Summary

    • The Business Development Executive will familiarize with the company's products and services and responsibilities that may be more complex, such as creating a feasible plan for implementing developmental changes in the organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and opportunities for business growth and analyze competitors and market conditions to develop strategies for positioning the company effectively.
    • Identify and target potential clients, establish contact, and build relationships and collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and present and promote company services to potential clients.
    • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and human resources, to ensure a cohesive approach to business development and provide feedback on market trends and client needs to help shape the company's offerings.
    • Prepare and submit detailed proposals in response to client requests for services and ensure that proposals are aligned with the client's needs and the company's capabilities.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc in Business, Marketing, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • An MBA is an added advantage.
    • 3-5 years proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the industrial or manpower development sector.
    • Knowledge of workforce planning, talent acquisition, and human resource management.

    Lawyer

    Job Summary

    • The lawyer will prepare proper legal citation and statutory interpretation and maintain accurate case files, notes and reports and working closely with team members to prepare a comprehensive brief on each case that goes to trial.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a broad range of legal issues and conduct legal research to stay current on relevant laws and regulations.
    • Assess potential legal risks and provide strategic recommendations, review and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements and ensure legal documents comply with applicable laws and regulations.

    • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.

    Job Summary

    • As the human resource and admin assistant you will be required to be involved in the recruitment process and provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, filing, and data entry.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with privacy and confidentiality policies and support in the onboarding process for new hires, facilitating orientation and necessary paperwork.

    Flutter Development Intern

    Job Summary

    • As a Flutter Developer Intern, you’ll actively participate in the entire software development life cycle, from requirements analysis and design to coding, testing, and maintenance.

    Responsibilities

    • Developing fully functional and high-quality mobile applications by clean and efficient coding and supporting the developed applications throughout their entire lifecycle of concept, design, test, release and support.
    • Researching, and suggesting new products, protocols and applications and ensuring that the new, as well as the legacy applications, follow all quality standards.
