    Business Development Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor, maintain and improve existing customer’s patronage.Deal with field objections/enquiries.
    • Provide historical records by maintaining records in area and customer sales.
    • Converting potential customers into actual and recovering dormant customers.
    • Achieve target on debt collection and raise all supporting documents on debt collected.
    • Ensure that all customers’ issues are well handled properly and promptly.
    • Regular sales call, communication with contacts and correspondence.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Holder of a B.Sc. or HND Degree in Business Administration, Marketing orEngineering with a minimum of 4-7 years post NYSC relevant experience.
    • Possession of master’s in business administration, marketing or engineering with a track record of good Sales, business development and customer service is an added advantage.
    • 28-35 years and ready to work in any part of Nigeria.
    • Must be a Team Player and Target driven.
    • Customer Focused and Problem Solver.
    • Good verbal communication, writing, presentation and computer skills.
    • Ability to drive and possession of a valid Driver’s license.

    Plant Engineer

    Key Areas of Responsibilities

    • Achieve SHEQ objectives
    • Ensure the Production plant is operated safely and effectively to achieve production targets.
    • Monitor all functioning facilities to ensure they are working within manufacturer’s allowable limits.
    • Monitor and adjust accordingly all production parameters.
    • Provide logs of these parameters on an hourly basis.
    • Identify and report any deviations or errors noticed on the machinery.
    • Participate in the maintenance of the plant as at when required.
    • Provide a report of the production carried out during his/her shift.
    • Participate in major maintenance planning by providing leadership in deciding instrumentation/mechanical and electrical scopes, based on up-to-date condition information, best practice, and performance history of instrumentation/mechanical and electrical equipment and systems.
    • Ensure that all maintenance work in scope is recorded “As found” and “As Left” using the SAP PM system.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • HND/BSC in Instrumentation/Chemical/Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering with 1- 5 years’ relevant experience with background in either Instrumentation will be added advantage.
    • The ideal candidate must be a Nigerian Citizen.
    • Age 27- 35 years
    • Completed NYSC scheme.
    • Must have strong interpersonal and ability to work under pressure.
