    Business Development Executive

    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in business development within the construction or engineering industry, specifically with a strong understanding of MEP services. 

    Responsibilities: 

    • Market Research and Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, projects, and industry trends within the MEP sector. 
    • Lead Generation and Qualification: Proactively generate new leads through various channels, including networking, cold outreach, industry events, and referrals. Qualify leads based on their potential and alignment with our service offerings. 
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, contractors, consultants, and end-users. 
    • Proposal Development and Presentation: Collaborate with the technical team to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and tender documents that effectively communicate our value proposition. 
    • Negotiation and Closing: Lead and manage the negotiation process to secure new contracts and achieve sales targets. 
    • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's business development strategy to achieve growth objectives. 
    • Networking and Industry Engagement: Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to build relationships and stay informed about market developments. 
    • Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on business development activities, pipeline progress, and sales performance. Provide regular updates to senior management. 
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction. 
    • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging technologies within the MEP industry. 

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field), Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline. 
    • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in business development or sales within the MEP, construction, or engineering industry. 
    • Proven track record of successfully generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals. 
    • Strong understanding of MEP systems, services, and industry practices. 
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. 
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
    • Existing network of contacts within the MEP or construction industry is a significant advantage. Preferred Qualifications: 
    • BSc degree in a relevant field. 
    • Professional affiliations or certifications in relevant industry associations

    Pharmacist

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Accurately dispense prescription medications based on doctors’ orders.
    • Review and interpret prescriptions to ensure safety, appropriateness, and optimal drug therapy.
    • Provide patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and storage.
    • Maintain accurate records of dispensed medications, inventory, and patient profiles.
    • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure the best patient care and resolve drug-related issues.
    • Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and safety guidelines in all pharmaceutical practices.
    • Manage inventory and place orders to maintain adequate medication stock levels.
    • Stay updated on new pharmaceutical developments and industry regulations.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s or Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or PharmD).
    • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a clinical, retail, or hospital pharmacy setting.
    • Strong knowledge of GLP, GMP, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., NAFDAC, SON, or relevant authorities).
    • Possess a valid pharmacist license.
    • In-depth knowledge of pharmacological practices and drug interactions.
    • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
    • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
    • Team-oriented with a strong commitment to patient safety and well-being.
    • Proficiency in using pharmacy management software.
