Job Description

• Ensure marketing target is met.
• Provide accurate COT report for the unit.
• Maintain accurate company database of event / initiatives, clients, and partners.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on company products and services.
• Actively manage the company’s Print, Radio, OOH, Bulk SMS, and TV Barter channels.
• Provide departmental weekly reports on Fridays of every week for management’s review and tracking.
• Actively participate in sales team meetings and collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion, whilst maintaining existing relationships.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling / direct contact, networking, and social media.
• Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, premieres, and events and give feedback to management for decision making.
• Respond to the client queries regarding the company products and services in a timely fashion.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• 3 - 5 years work experience.

Job Description

• Adhere to SEO rules, copyright, and privacy standards.
• Actively drive the company’s Newsletter ensuring communication is done rightly.
• Engage the audience via posts reply and DM responses and convert DM inquiry to actual sales.
• Attend crucial social media conferences and ensure a strong presence and network for the brand.
• Timely posting of up to date, exciting and engaging original, curated contents and client ads as it applies
• Manage and build strong social media presence, followership, and engagement for all Genesis Cinemas social media pages. (Ensuring these engagements are in line with the company’s values and policies)
• Evaluate contents for quality and generate new content to be created, whilst ensuring appropriate placement of content on all platforms.
• Create an optimal schedule for posting, considering both client engagement and traffic across all social media platforms
• Track, measure, and present performance reports to management - Staying up to date with industry trends, technologies whilst making suggestions on what we can learn and improve.
• Collaborate with the team to create and post informative, engaging & appealing content. Also, work with other divisions in the company to integrate social media and marketing.
