    Business Development / Admin Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Business Development/Admin Manager will drive revenue growth by acquiring new corporate accounts and securing large-scale furniture contracts.
    • This role focuses heavily on closing new business while ensuring a seamless, end-to-end service experience—serving as the primary point of contact for corporate clients from the initial pitch to final project delivery.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new corporate business opportunities, real estate partnerships, and large furnishing contracts.
    • Conduct product presentations and showroom walkthroughs to showcase our furniture solutions to corporate buyers and developers.
    • Draft business proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close deals that drive sustained revenue.

    Requirements

    • Strong pitching, negotiation, and contract-closing skills, combined with a highly customer-centric mindset.
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills to build corporate rapport and coordinate smoothly with factory and design teams.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

    HR Business Partner

    Job Summary

    • The HRBP is responsible for providing professional operational HR services that are aligned with regional and global HR Strategy.
    • The role will use insight and expertise to advise, influence and execute both the business and people objectives including identifying initiatives that will enable business performance.

    Key Responsibilities
    Business Partner:

    • Support the management team, advising on any people-related topics which include identifying opportunities, plans and actions to enable achieving and exceeding business goals.
    • Advise, coach and empower managers to lead their teams and take responsibility for all people-related topics 
    • Provide insight and analysis on people-related measures to guide and develop key people focus areas.

    Talent Management and Development:

    • Drive the global talent management approach in your local country in conjunction with managers through the management of talent to create an environment in which all individuals can realize their talents (Amplify, Succession Preparation, Big Jobs etc.).
    • Ensure the performance management philosophy and tools are implemented and support managers where required.
    • Support and implement global training initiatives and training tools, e.g. People Management Program, Strengths Workshops.

    Compensation and Benefits (C&B):

    • Understand and drive the company's compensation and benefits philosophy within the local country alongside the people managers.

    Recruitment:

    • Ensure a first-in-class recruitment and selection process experience (inc. onboarding) for both candidates and hiring managers.

    • Partner with the hiring manager to ensure that accurate information is gained and developed for the recruitment process, thus ensuring targeted and quality recruitment.

    Employee Relations:

    • Remain up to date on employment legislation and ensure local employment contracts, guidelines and benefits are updated and aligned with key stakeholders where necessary (inc. any data privacy requirements).
    • Ensure that HR policies are communicated in a timely manner and in line with local requirements.

    Planning & Analytics:

    • Lead the business planning (BP) and revised estimate (RE) cycles (for HR) including workforce and personnel cost planning.
    • Utilise data and insights to analyse and build short- to mid-term local HR plans.
    • Provide and share HR reporting & insights with key stakeholders including identifying local internal and external trends and highlighting any opportunities, risks and proposed solutions.

    Systems & Data:

    • Local owner and user of all global & local HR systems and local HR data including SAP HR, Smart Recruiters, Anaplan, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Training Management System, local payroll system etc.
    • All HR data, systems and processes will be compliant with the relevant data privacy legislation.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years as HR generalist/business partner experience preferably within a matrix environment & global organisation working closely with senior leaders.
    • Proven success in executing HR strategy at a national level and in developing local HR plans in line with the national business plan priorities.
    • Experience in project and change management both influencing the change and implementing initiatives.
    • Experience working with HR Information Systems (e.g., SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Smart Recruiters, Anaplan).
    • Experience in identifying and analysing HR and business data to recommend HR initiatives that will drive business objectives.
    • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise, multitask, and coordinate with multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication skills (written and oral), including presentation and training/facilitation skills.
    • Team player who is cooperative in sharing information and knowledge.

    Operations Manager

    Job Summary

    • Acts as an integrated part of the organization, being a partner in the development of the business and adding value as an ambassador of Operations. Ensure timely supply to the market with top-quality products (finished goods and visibility items) and services that reflect the premium brand of the company at optimized costs.
    • Manage the Supply chain with its immediate objectives of transparency, flexibility, sustainability and efficiency with an End-to-End approach. Manage the Full Import Process from vessel arrival to delivery of the container to the distributor at the 3PL warehouse.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drives the efficiency and effectiveness mindset in the organization.
    • Communication with all the company stakeholders (internal, external & HQ) to understand their needs and support them in the most efficient way for the company. This included industry and trade associations.
    • Create and own the Operations Business Plan to ensure synchronization with global, regional and country strategy.
    • Responsible for the Sales & Operations Planning Process in the organization to ensure proper forecasting and inventory management including order cycle of finished product and POS materials purchased from the company HQ.
    • Deep understanding and monitoring of all costs occurring in the operational area and implementation of cost-saving initiatives, internal and external benchmarks to ensure appropriate cost structures.
    • Collaborate with relevant customs brokers and customs authorities to ensure smooth importation of all products.
    • Ensure that all relevant import documents are in line with the requirements of Nigeria guidelines and that documents are presented for customs clearance in time to avoid demurrage / detention.
    • Build and maintain a close relationship with customs bodies to enable earliest advice of any changes in Customs regulations.
    • Manage the required payments to all authorities and partners on time, so as to avoid any delay with importations.
    • Own and drive portfolio management (incl. product Lifecycle and post-launch evaluations) within the local organization.
    • Challenge status quo and critically review current product portfolio. Act as the gatekeeper when it comes to product launches, phase-outs.
    • Effective and efficient management of local service providers, including the responsibility of defining and adjusting related SLA´s to adapt them to the constant changes of business requirements. This includes constructive feedback to HQ for service providers managed centrally with impact in local organizations.

    Requirements

    • Master’s or University Degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
    • Proven records of strategic business integration cross functionally.
    • Several years (at least 7) of experience in Operations within an international supply chain in a group context.
    • High levels of personal energy and drive.
    • An entrepreneurial ‘can-do’ attitude facilitated by continuous learning and application of appropriate best practices.
    • Is experienced in project management.
    • Hands-on professional who also has the passion for details.
    • Proactive, continuous improvement and quality minded.
    • Working knowledge of SAP R/3 and APO is a strong plus. Good skills on all MS products such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint are a must.
    • Specialized qualifications in Logistics/Supply Chain Management will be valuable.
