    Brand Activation Officer

    Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities

    • Responsible for recruitment of contract staff for the group
    • Responsible for the training of all the contract staff on project activation/ execution
    • Responsible for the maintenance and regular and prompt update of contract staff database
    • Responsible for the allocation of contract staff for the group depending on request.
    • Manages project execution support for the group
    • Responsible for outlet data management
    • Ensure salary schedule is prepared for payment contract staff members
    • Conducts a thorough background check on all contract staff
    • Ensure weekly report is submitted to the COO on logistics activities
    • Ensure all brand ambassadors meet required criteria for engagement
    • check list to ensure no blacklisted BA is employed
    • Follow-up on the BA’s activities to avoid lapses and error
    • Ensure that completed projects are delivered quickly and accurately
    • Any other task assigned by the line manager of head of unit.

    Key Performance Indicators / Performance Goals

    • Recruitment and verification of verified contract staff for the group
    • Prompt provision of contract employee information as at when requested
    • Minimal errors in preparing the salary schedule for the BA’s
    • Deliver effectively within the time frame of a project
    • Ensure contract staff are paid as at when due
    • Swift response time to complaints from internal and external customers
    • Ensures accuracy of employee database.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications and Masters as added advantage
    • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations functions
    • Knowledge of and passion for marketing concepts, methods and techniques
    • PMP or related professional qualification

    Brand Activation Manager

    Description 

    • A Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for planning and organizing a company’s marketing. He or she must be able to calculate the demand of the products or services offered by the company, determine customer base, monitor trends, analyse competition, forecast revenues, and establish pricing strategies.
    • The goal of this job is to coordinate all aspects of marketing in order to ensure profits.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Executive & streamline marketing overflows through automation, marketing operations management analysis & ROI reporting.
    • Build a marketing dashboard and report & report on marketing operational metrics relating to data in various databases.
    • Manage the marketing analytics classifications process to ensure marketing efforts are properly being reported.
    • Update the General manager on business process and operating plan and financial model and profitability.
    • Monitor and analyze all marketing and sales reports received from Marketing Operations lead and specialist.
    • Carry out market research to gain a clear understanding of what an organization's customers really want.
    • Perform periodic performance evaluations of the staff working for them.
    • Analyse market trends with an aim of identifying unexploited or new markets for the organization's products and services
    • Manage internal communication and development interventions to ensure competence levels of marketing staff meet operational level requirements
    • Provides relevant guidance and support to unit marketing teams and stakeholders in the execution of marketing plans and initiatives.
    • Perform other duties assigned to you by your Line Manager
    • Keeps up to date on strategic business plans/ attends relevant meetings

    Qualification and Competencies

    • First Degree in Marketing, Accounting or Business Administration
    • 5‐6years’ experience field sales experience and demonstrated levels of performance across varied situations
    • APCON Certifications / Master’s Degree preferably
    • Experience in similar industry and in‐depth product knowledge
    • Demonstrated experience in developing content and managing communications across various social media platforms
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Project Management Skills
    • Excellent Problem Solving skills
    • Interpreting situations to extract trends and formulate assumptions

    • Oversee the creative direction of the brand(s) with a primary focus on product
    • Identifying the base product line, seasonal product line and potential fast fashion designs
    • Creating a strategy for the merchandise line
    • Improving overall visual experience of the customers
