    Branch Manager

    Job Description

    • The Branch manager co-ordinates the day-to-day operations of the branch by ensuring that staff and resources are optimally managed.
    • Ensuring increased student placement and successful final choice/Visa targets are met.

    Responsibilities

    • Deal with the branch email account for proper communication internally and externally with partner institutions and other stakeholders
    • Monitor counselling by keeping an eye on the general demeanour of Advisors and all staff domicile within the branch
    • Ensure that all equipment’s are in proper working condition so that performance will not be affected
    • Ensure effective use and up to date data entry of the CRM system.
    • Facilitating presentations in-house (i.e Visa seminar) and to schools as a means of marketing
    • Make sure targets are met via student generation, registration, application, and visas for the respective branch
    • Ensure hitch free partner schools’ visitations by arranging times, advising counsellors, blocking times on the scheduler, and making the best use of the visit by inviting relevant students and enquirers
    • Follow-up of student status for the branch at least bi-weekly with each counsellor
    • Visa checking for all students by confirming all documents are correct prior to visa submission
    • Ensure that company application procedures/ student guidelines are adhered to always
    • Advise and enlighten staff on HR issues as may be issued by the Country Manager/Management
    • Liaise with the head office about the implementation of a marketing plan for the office
    • Other duties that may be assigned by management.

    Requirements

    • Minimum Qualification: BA / B.Sc
    • Required Experience: 5 years post NYSC experience.

    Essential Requirements:

    • A graduate Degree with minimum second-class lower division
    • Must have good management skills
    • Must be able to work in a customer inter-facing environment.
    • Excellent presentation, communication, and Interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in teams and independently with minimal supervision. 
    • Have worked in similar role for at least 1-year
    • Good with Microsoft Excel, word, and power point, etc.

    Desirables:

    • Overseas Education sector Industry experience
    • Track record of meeting set goals and targets
    • Resident within the city where office is located.

    Advisor (North America)

    Job Description

    • The successful applicant will be responsible for physical and virtual recruitment and follow up of prospective students looking to study in North America (USA/Canada).
    • The role will consist of providing constant administrative support to manage students’ application process and ensure hitch free placements into partner Institutions.
    •  The successful applicants will also be responsible for liaising with Partner Institutions on behalf of applicants and ensure students are kept abreast of application status per time.
    • The role entails an ability to multitask as well as a high degree of attention to details.

    Responsibilities

    • Email / Telephone / Microsoft Teams etc responding to enquiries and maintaining contact with students
    • Continuous counselling and follow up of Students
    • Keep all entries in the Database up to date to maintain Excel files for follow up of students.
    • Prepare and send applications for students
    • Conduct all follow up with universities to ensure timely updates and offers for the students
    • Visa Checking - confirm all documents are correct prior to visa submission.
    • Message Board - stay up to date with new information by reading the message board
    • Office Visits - take part in and assist with partner institution visits
    • Intake Education fairs - assist with arrangements for these events
    • BC Exhibitions as above
    • Assist with any marketing initiatives and promote Intake services at all times.

    Essential Requirements

    • A Graduate Degree (B.A / B.Sc) with minimum second-class lower division
    • Must have at least two (2) years experience in student recruitment to North America
    • Must be able to work in a customer inter-facing environment.
    • Excellent presentation,communication, and interpersonal skill
    • Ability to work in teams and independently with minimal supervision
    • Excellent knowledge of North America Education market and student visa process
    • Good with Microsoft Excel & Power point presentation.

    Job Description

    • The role will consist of providing constant counselling and administrative support to manage students’ application process and ensure hitch free placements into partner Institutions.
    • The role entails an ability to multitask as well as a high degree of attention to details.

    • Ability to work in teams and independently with minimal supervision.
