    Job Summary​

    On behalf of our client who is a Global Logistics Company and are recently setting up their Nigerian Branch, we are sourcing for a Bayonet Tube in Lagos/Port Harcourt who is a driven, motivated individual with a can-do attitude.

    Job Description

    • Responsible for temporary failure or heavy box or main Terminal box entry and exit data entry, cargo weighing business, export   suitcase entry system input, cold storage check and record clear;
    • Responsible for the entry of containers with sealing requirements for smuggling seal and check the condition of the box,   refrigerated cargo owners to provide the name of the goods and refrigeration temperature, according to the requirements of the   cargo owner to arrange the location of the box stacking, especially fumigation and replenishment, do a good handover, complete   records, ensure service quality, customer satisfaction;
    • Responsible for check-in information and stop time tracking, large entry site organization, the company after work site business     improvement and safety inspection

    Duties

    • Responsible for the site box reasonable placement and location planning, according to the requirements of the shipping company   site box return, box inspection, box;
    • Responsible for external towing customer site business assistance, external towing refrigerated box plug and plug electricity and   unpacking site coordination, on-site traffic diversion, drop box operation efficiency tracking, safety inspection;
    • Strictly implement the post operation process and company rules and regulations.

    Requirements:

    • 3 years or above working experience in box management;
    • office software proficiency, strong communication skills;
    •  responsible, strong execution.

They are currently looking for an Account Manager with vast experience in business development and sales of IT Solutions.

    Job Description

    • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
    • Develop positive relationships with clients
    • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
    • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
    • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
    • Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase

    Requirements

    Finance Manager - Logistics/Shipping

    On behalf of our client who is a Global Logistics Company and are recently setting up their Nigerian Branch. They currently have an opening for a Finance Manager (Logistics/Shipping) in Lagos.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure safe and sound status of liquid fund, improve net working capital management, maintain proactive dialogue and follow up with accounts receivable key stakeholders.
    • Thorough analysis and review dig deeper in the data reported and improve the quality of the reports
    • Fixed Asset Register and depreciation.
    • Spare Parts inventory account management.
    • Accounts Receivable: Credit Control: Receipting.
    • Accounts Payable: Supplier payment in accordance with company authorization/approvals.
    • To oversee the operations of the Payables function to ensure vendors are paid accurately and efficiently.
    • To oversee the performance of receivables function to ensure customer invoices are correctly and timely issued.
    • Ensure that local finance and controls are complete, accurate and timely in line with global guidelines and local laws and regulations.
    • Drive TCO (Take Cost Out) and Revenue Improvement initiatives as per Annual Operating Plan.
    • Revenue and Cost accruals as per the company's GAAP and IAS.
    • Payroll: manage timely payment of payroll and adherence to payroll tax.
    • Verification of statutory deductions (PAYE/NHF/Pension).

    Requirements

    • Education - Master's degree in Finance/ACCA/ACA preferred.
    • Must have at least five years (5) of progressively more responsible general accounting and finance experience preferably in the private sector, and in transportation or related industry.
    • Must be familiar with finance and banking concepts and the tools for analyzing financial decisions, based on modern financial theory, including such things as discounted cash flow techniques, capital budgeting and valuation; investment decisions, analysis of corporate financial policy, including capital structure, cost of capital, financial markets, and merger and acquisition activities.
    • Must be familiar with commercial law, credit agreements, concession and management agreements, and other related legislation, decrees, and legal opinions.
    • Extensive knowledge of setting of budgets, reporting, inventory control systems and accounting, knowledge of ERP systems, IFS financials software is an advantage.
    • Extensive knowledge of Terminals operational practices preferred.
    • Experience in the operation of Terminals container facilities preferred.
    • Analyses performance statistics and trends in order to identify areas for improvements and cost savings i.e. cost saving potentials.
    • Incumbent must have a very high level of analytical skills & must have complete IT skills as required in an office environment.
    • Must be able to evaluate solutions for both long and short-term benefit.
    • Exhibits sound judgment.
    • Measures results and takes corrective action when needed.
    • Exhibit effective negotiation skills.
