    Bar Attendant / Cashier

    Job Summary

    • The Bar Attendant/Cashier will be responsible for attending to customers, preparing and serving drinks, handling cash transactions, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the bar.
    • The ideal candidate should be courteous, trustworthy, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    Major Responsibilities

    • Welcome customers and take drink or service orders professionally
    • Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards
    • Receive payments and issue receipts accurately
    • Balance cash register and maintain proper transaction records
    • Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the bar area
    • Monitor stock levels and report shortages when necessary
    • Resolve customer complaints politely and escalate when required
    • Support smooth operations across the lounge when needed.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE
    • Previous experience as a Bar Attendant, Cashier, or in a similar hospitality role
    • Good communication and customer service skills
    • Basic numeracy skills and ability to handle cash accurately
    • Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
    • Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
    • Neat appearance and good personal hygiene.

    Bank Marketer

    Job Summary

    • The Bank Marketer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, promoting the organization’s financial products and services, and driving customer acquisition to support business growth and revenue targets.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 1–3 years’ experience in banking, sales, or customer relationship management (an added advantage).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Good marketing and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
    •  Professional appearance and attitude.

    Major Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Promote the bank’s products and services to meet customer financial needs.
    • Identify and acquire new clients to grow the customer base.
    • Provide professional advice on financial products such as savings, loans, investments, and digital banking solutions.
    • Follow up on customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
    • Meet and exceed assigned sales and performance targets.
    • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Prepare and submit periodic performance and activity reports.
