    Bakery Production Manager

    Main Responsibilities

    • Our Bakery Production Manager will supervise all production at Breadish Bakery.
    • Your role is very important in the Company since you are the one who monitor and ratify all Production and Production Staff and check all baked goods for quality before  they are sold to the customers.
    • You will also take charge of the quality control, date of stocks, shifts and rotation of all Staff.

    Other Responsibilities:

    • As our Bakery production manager, you will use your skills to ensure all our Baked Goods are top quality and they meet the specifications our Consumers and Regulators.
    • You will manage the performances of our Staff, Resources and Equipment in Bread Research and Production.
    • Our Bakery Production Manager will liaise with other relevant departments and ensure that Raw materials are always. available
    • You will recommend ways to reduce manufacturing cost to ensure that the Company is profitable per time.
    • You will supervise the preparation of our Products in a manner that will guarantee sensible delivery of the freshest bakery products.
    • You will direct the ways of worker training in the areas of safety, job functions and practices of manufacturing.
    • Our Bakery Production manager will constantly observe and analyze creation and Quality records to certify compliance with Company policies and product specifications to ensure delivery of all products to be on time.

    Requirements

    • Our Bakery Production Manager must have work experience in Bakery Processes.
    • You should have knowledge of the Bakery ingredients and formulations.
    • You should be able to apply managerial skills and you should be an Effective Leader.
    • You should understand the proper steps, procedures and results during production.
    • Our Bakery Production Manager must know how to handle all baked goods for packaging and presentation properly before sending goods off to the customer.
    • You should pay attention to details, communicate with client's needs clearly, have the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
    • Our Bakery Production Manager should also be organized, people-oriented, independent, creative, and has the ability to lead a team of workers.

    Working Conditions

    • A Bakery Production Manager works in a bakery and is full in charge of Production Outcomes.
    • Since you are in production, they may work late at nights or early mornings to be able to facilitate production of goods. Sometime, you need to work overtime in order to meet deadlines.
    • You are constantly exposed to both quiet and pleasant, or noisy and an environment that generates dirt constantly, this means the entire Bakery has to be cleaned consistently and Staff motivated and supported frequently.
