Job Summary

• We are in need of a Baker who will beresponsible for preparing and baking a wide variety of snacks, pastries, cakes, bread and other baked goods.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Measure, mix, and prepare doughs, batters, and fillings according to recipes or custom orders.
• Bake bread, pastries, cakes, pies, cookies, and other baked products.
• Monitor baking processes and adjust temperatures, baking times, and ingredients when necessary.
• Ensure consistent product quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Skills / Requirements

• Proven experience as a baker, pastry chef, or in a related role.
• Knowledge of baking techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to follow recipes precisely.
• Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary
N70,000 Monthly.

• WInnys Meals is in need of a Security officer who will be responsible for safeguarding the company’s property, employees, and customers by maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, customers and vehicles.
• Patrol premises regularly to ensure safety and detect signs of intrusion, fire hazards, or irregularities.
• Prevent theft, vandalism, and other unlawful activities.
• Respond quickly to emergencies, alarms, or disturbances and provide appropriate assistance.
• Enforce company rules and regulations to maintain order on the premises.
• Collaborate with law enforcement, fire services, or emergency medical teams when situations demand.
• Perform routine checks on security equipment to ensure proper functioning.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a security officer/personnel is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Ability to observe, detect, and respond quickly to situations.
• Knowledge of public safety and security protocols.
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for long periods.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
