Role Description: 

We are currently hiring for the position of Back-End Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Back-End Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of the server-side components that power our web applications. Responsibilities include: 

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust server-side applications. 
• Developing efficient RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between various systems. 
• Integrating front-end components with the back-end infrastructure in collaboration with front-end developers and designers. 
• Utilizing SQL database systems to effectively store and retrieve data. 
• Ensuring the security of web applications through the implementation of industry best practices. 
• Optimizing application performance through advanced techniques such as caching and asynchronous processing. 
• Conducting comprehensive testing and debugging to guarantee the reliability and functionality of back-end code. 
• Staying abreast of emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks relevant to back-end development. 

Requirements: 

• Previous experience as a Back-End Developer or in a similar role. 
• In-depth experience in relevant frameworks and technologies, such as PHP (Laravel), Python, Angular, Node.js, Django, Flask, etc. 
• Experience and or knowledge of Odoo ERP development will ab added advantage. 
• Strong knowledge of database management systems, including both SQL and NoSQL. 
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). 
• Expertise in version control systems, particularly Git. 
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. 
• Solid understanding of software development best practices, including design patterns and clean code principles. 
• Sound understanding of both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) database management systems. 
• Strong grasp of developing RESTful APIs. 
• Knowledge of web application security best practices and implementation. 
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities. 

Preferred qualifications: 

• Exposure to front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 
• Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. 
• Experience with testing frameworks and debugging tools.

You will play a key role in designing and developing user interfaces for our web applications, ensuring exceptional user experiences and seamless functionality. • Expert experience in UI/UX, Wireframe designs, and UI interpretation  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and back-end developers, to translate UI/UX designs into functional code. 
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. 
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. 
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of front-end code to identify and resolve issues. 
• Collaborate with the UI/UX team to ensure the best possible user experience. 
• Stay up to date with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends.

• Years of professional front-end development experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable web applications. 
• Proven work experience as a Front-End Developer or similar role. 
• Strong proficiency in Bootstrap, Materialized CSS, JavaScript (React, Express, and Vue.JS) 
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and build tools (e.g., Webpack, Parcel). 
• In-depth understanding of front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha) and test-driven development (TDD) practices. 
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. 
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices. 
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design techniques. 
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git. 
• Knowledge of front-end build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm).
