Qualifications:
We are now hiring high-performance Sales Executives for our various territories. Successful candidates will sell our bouquet of health insurance plans to companies, SMEs and individuals.
* University Degree or Higher National Diploma.
* Ordinary National Diploma with sales experience.
* A good track record in similar roles can also apply.
Successful applicants will enjoy an initial salary + commision-based package for the first 6 months as trainees, followed by an additional 6 months probation period. Thereafter, the high performers will be confirmed as a permanent staff.

A. PROVIDER & CLIENT SERVICES MANAGERS (ENUGU, KADUNA, WARRI)
- Develop, coordinate, implement, and evaluate case management services.
- Implement Avon HMO’s client management methodologies to ensure value add delivery and brand differentiation.
B. MEDICAL OFFICER, PREVENTIVE & WELLNESS (LAGOS WITH TRAVELLING)
– This position is responsible for proactive wellness management and client health education.
C. CASE MANAGER/CARE COORDINATOR (LAGOS, ABUJA, PORT HARCOURT, ENUGU, KADUNA, WARRI)
- Review and evaluate medical or behavioral eligibility regarding benefits and clinical criteria.
D. MANAGER, PROVIDERS SERVICES (LAGOS)
- Develop, coordinate, implement, and evaluate case management services.
E. MANAGER, ENROLLMENT & ELIGIBILITY (LAGOS)
- Oversee the timely and accurate entry and maintenance of members’ demographic and eligibility information database.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of member data.
F. MANAGER, CLAIMS PROCESSING (LAGOS)
- Oversee data entry, uploading, reviewing, researching,investigating, negotiating, processing and adjusting claims.
g. Manager, Quality Assurance (Lagos)
- Accountable for planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating quality management and improvement initiatives for
the delivery of care across the various Health plans.
H. MANAGER DATA MANAGEMENT & UNDERWRITING (PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT) (LAGOS )
- Responsible for the execution of the operational business plan and rate adequacy, risk selection, data quality and service levels.

A. MANAGER SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Enugu, Kaduna, Warri)
- Finding and developing new business prospects, developing and growing personal relationships with contacts and achieving budget goals and objectives.
B. SALES EXECUTIVES (Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Enugu, Kaduna, Warri)
- Responsible for maintaining existing relationships, developing new business prospects, generating sales leads and contacts that will lead to closed sales.

A. CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER (Lagos)
- Position will be responsible for Brand management, Public relations, internal and external communications and community outreach.
B. MARKETING AND CRM MANAGER (Lagos)
- To oversee all aspects of marketing to support the Avon HMO business and its growth objectives.
C. ANALYST, MARKETING (LAGOS)
- Support the manager in all aspects of marketing relatingto delivering Avon HMO’s growth objectives.
D. CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER (LAGOS)
- Responsible for managing all hands-on operational aspects of the company.
- Assists the CEO in the aggressive and successful growth plans.
E. CHIEF RISK OFFICER (LAGOS)
– Responsible for and has the authority to make all decisions on risk management issues that directly impact the company’s strategic direction.
F. FINANCE EXECUTIVE (LAGOS)
– Responsible for aiding business planning and decision-making tasks by providing appropriate financial advice and undertaking related accounts administration.
G. REGIONAL ACCOUNTANT/ANALYST (ABUJA, PORT HARCOURT)
- Responsible for accounts, financial records, treasuryand cost management in the allocated regions.
H. UNDERWRITING ANALYST (LAGOS)
– Responsible for evaluating risks, analyzing andinterpolating medical claim data and ensuring adherence to guidelines.
I. MANAGER, CALL CENTRE (LAGOS)
- Responsible for effectively overseeing the call centre.

A. CHIEF CLIENT SERVICES OFFICER (LAGOS)
- Oversee and lead the Client Services team to deliver and exceed client services objectives.
B. CLIENT SERVICES EXECUTIVES (Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Enugu, Kaduna, Warri)
– Responsible for meeting and exceeding client expectations.
