    Aviation Fuelling Crewhead

    • Defensive and safe driving of the fueling equipment in accordance with the safe driving policy of the company
    • Carry out daily quality control checks on equipment; ensure that products are free of water and sediments (360° Checks).
    • Fueling of Aircrafts in line with standard procedures and work instructions
    • Raising of tickets
    • Liaise with Supervisor on Adhoc sales for proper service delivery and documentation
    • In the absence of the Supervisor, liaise with Airline officials on issues concerning service delivery

    • The job is a field operation involving the movement of fueling equipment from the location depot to the tarmac of the airport terminal apron.

    • OND in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering/Technology or equivalent.

    Maintenance Assistant

    •  Makes frequently on the spot inspection visit, to evaluate if maintenance and engineering works are performed in accordance with the defined job scope & schedule, company safety, quality and environmental standard.
    • Ensures at all times that the quality of the works by the contractor is not compromised. Ensures that the bill of quantities prepared for the works are professionally followed in details by the contractor.
    • Issues the general work permit on site. Ensures that the contractor and the station representative (dealer) comply fully with the instructions indicated on the general work permit.
    • Issues the associated permit on the special authorization of the Maintenance Engineer (ME) or Maintenance Supervisor (MS) i.e the (Hot work, cleaning and degassing, tank entry, fire permit, weekend work, etc. Must ensure that both the contractor and the station representative(dealer) comply fully with instructions indicated on these permits.
    • Performs on the spot assignment of the maintenance failures, evaluate the repair actions to propose work intervention through the MS and ME.
    • Evaluates and registers the maintenance fault request to inform the MS or ME for action.
    • Could request and collect quotations from competent registered contractors within the regions for action by the MS or ME.
    • Could perform some minor on the spot repair if absolutely necessary considering the emergency need.
    • Assist in the distribution or/ installation of special network needs such as fire extinguishers, poster frames, shelves, etc) as directed by the MS or ME
    • Carryout an impromptu pump price change as directed by the ME.
    • Keep good inventory register (hard copy) of the company assets (pumps, generators, fire extinguishers, compressors, etc). Synergizing with the MS/ME to maintain good database with minimaint.
    •  Ascertain continuously the pump flo rates, ensuring that the contractors maintain the required expected tolerance flow rates

    Supply Analyst

    • Collate, analyze and report white product liftings data daily to PPMC to indicate key performance indicators and market share.
    • Perform cost build-up for all white products (PMS, AGO, ATK), Bitumen, LPFO and Base oil purchased both locally and internationally
    • Create purchase orders on SAP for all White Products, Bitumen, LPFO and Base oil imported and purchased locally.
    • Create partner exchanges on SAP for all products swapped with other marketers
    • Create purchase orders for non-supply related activities such as Depot operations and other fees.
    • Responsible for generating provisional cost build up for triggered product purchases 
    • Prepare and update weekly/Monthly supply/suppliers performance table for management decision making.
    • Prepare monthly supply mix and seasonalized supply mix 
    • Prepare monthly performance report for use by the reporting department, finance division
    • Prepare trigger report for reconciliation 
    • Analyze and report stock and re-order levels at company white product and LPFO depots.
    • Process import charges and custom duties for all imports
    • Attend reconciliation meetings with PPMC for regularization of PFI purchases.
    • Maintain relations with external bodies — Suppliers, DPR, NNPC, PPMC, Weights and Measures etc
    • Regular input and update of vessels information, all bulk purchases and triggers on the LYNKS platform for stock manager
    • Preparation of invoices for bulk sales initiated by the Supply Unit
    • Process Suppliers/Agents/Union Dues invoices by checking and verifying invoices, requesting approval from Department Heads/MD
    • Ensure vendor codes, goods receipt, sufficient provision and proper documentation are done to support the processing of invoices as required
    • Follow up on payment to ensure timely processing
    • Maintain comprehensive demurrage exposure file for all imported vessels from international suppliers and other 3rd parties

    • BSc in Social Sciences/Engineering with relevant industry experience

    SAP Coordinator

    SAP Systems & Users Support

    • Ensure provision of all audit extract requests from Internal & External auditors.

    SAP Key Users Support:

    • Provide functional support for the business key users on the SAP modules (FI-CO, SD, PP, MM, etc.).
    • Provide support for all stake holders / teams on TotalEnergies Marketing Nigeria Plc. SAP systems during monthly closure.

    SAP End-User Support:

    • Develop and update user manuals for the different SAP module users to ease use of the system.
    • Provide 3rd level support for escalated SAP end-user challenges through key users.
    • Create, escalate, and monitor until resolution of all affiliate corrective and evolution tickets to competence centers in MS branch, ensuring business needs and delivery timelines are met.

    SAP Systems Support:

    • Actively participate in activities required to align user roles to meet business / control requirements (investigations, 
    • approvals, justifications, etc.).
    • Monitor and identify system areas for development in the different SAP modules used by affiliate and provide business case proposal in collaboration with designated key user for the functional discipline for the affiliate SOD approval before implementation.
    • Ensure proper integration testing to obtain business validation of new systems, including applications, or their evolutions to be introduced onto SAP before deployment in live systems.
    • Participate in the integration and smooth functionality of SAP systems with other business processes, e.g. Final Accounts Payment system, etc.

    SAP Training:

    • Identify re-current SAP user issues and propose / execute approved local compensatory on-the-job trainings for target end-users and key-users.

    Others

    • Work closely with the Software Development & Application Support team to provide application support for affiliate local and group applications.

    Audits & Compliance: 

    • Context and environment
    • Position requires job holder to work with all SAP users from all business locations.
    • SAP is the business critical information system where critical Sales & Marketing Information System processes are domiciled.
    • Support is sometimes required during weekends and public holidays.
    • SAP issues are frequently escalated with sometimes slow responses from consultants. Improvision and Innovation are key elements for the support services

    Candidate profile

    • BSc / HND Computer Sciences or Engineering
    • 5 years of work experience in Information Systems related roles. Experience in Oil & Gas environment, especially 
    • Marketing & Services and relevant experience either in SAP support or with MS business process as key user is an advantage.
    • Good knowledge of Company’s SAP Harmonie system, with ability to provide support for Key Users processes and modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP). Knowledge of applications programming and IT networking / Network security skills.
    • Good Knowledge of IT Project Management with software development and application support bias will be an advantage.
    • Good communication, sound analytical ability, and great attention to details.

    Legal Adviser (West)

    • Advisory/Agreements: Advise on, prepare and review assigned legal, commercial and other transactional contracts entered into by TotalEnergies companies in Nigeria.
    • Debt recovery: In conjunction with the other Legal Advisers, manage the legal risk of the Company’s credit portfolio by issuing demand notices, liaise with external solicitors to institute recovery actions in Court, maintain a debt recovery register and actively participate in Credit Control meetings.
    • Litigation management: Manage the entire litigation portfolio of the Western Region including developing strategies and mechanisms for the avoidance of litigation and where suits are instituted against the Company, ensuring efficient management of the litigation to minimize the risk of litigation crystallizing against the Company. Submitting monthly litigation report.
    • Court processes: Attend court on behalf of the Company, facilitate witnesses and documentation required for prosecution and defence of cases.
    • Landholding management: Investigate title of properties prior to negotiation; facilitate expeditious perfection of Company’s interests/titles, maintain, update and submit a monthly plot register.
    • Regional Regulatory Management (laws, regulations and ground rents): regularly monitor and advise management on applicable laws and regulations in 13 states in the Western Region. Ensure prompt payment of ground rents, land use charge and other statutory rates and fees in 13 states in the Western Region.
    • Law enforcement agents: Represent the company and liaise with company solicitors in all Police and other law enforcements agents related matters. Proactively take steps to respond to and provide required documents to law enforcement agencies to prevent disruption of the Company’s business.
    • Legal Training: provide and facilitate training sessions for internal clients, Retail Sales Executives, Regional Retail Managers and dealers in the Western Region of the Company.
    • External correspondences: Draft and review for the company all necessary letters/correspondences to be sent out to external parties to ensure legal protection for the Company.
    • Patrimonial operations: (acquisitions, disposals, internal reclassification): participate in and aid the Retail Development Department in matters relating to patrimonial operations: advice, risk analysis of legal arrangements, proposals for adapted solutions, participation in negotiations, preparation and review of various leaseholds and acquisitions.
    • Procedures: participate in the development and updating of legal procedures, guides, manuals, and operating methods of the company/affiliate.
    • Primary legal support to Head Office Divisions: provide legal support to all head office divisions: Lubricants, HSEQ, Human Resources, Retail & Cards, Commercial, TotalEnergies Country Services.
    • Commercial Transactions: prepare, review and negotiate contracts or other instruments for the purchase of goods and services.
    • Interact with legal counsel for third parties regarding contracts for the company. Guide and counsel company negotiators in relevant laws and evaluate alternative strategies.
    • Participating in administrative panels.
    • Participate in Area Sales meetings, territorial community and public relations matters.
    • Context and environment
    • Interfaces with all levels in the company including company officers, management, directors, shareholders/stakeholders as well as outside counsel, dealers, customers and partners.
    • Must be able to work independently and proactively.
    • Regular contact with Legal Affairs Manager and company retained solicitors for preparation and defence of company’s interest in Court.
    • Proactively advise the management team as to the best legal and strategic protections for the company in any given situation.
    • Covers a wide geographical area for representation in court and regulatory agencies in the Western Region.
    • Attend State High Courts, Federal High Courts and Court of Appeal in the Region when required.
    • Regular contact with Lands Registry and other Government Regulatory Agencies. 
    • Deals with criminal and other matters involving the police and other law enforcement agencies.

    Candidate profile

    • Must be a qualified Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria;
    • Must Have a thorough knowledge of the working and practice of Nigerian Law;
    • Must have good communication skills, both oral and written;
    • Must have very good negotiation skills;
    • Must be a good team player;
    • Possess Good interpersonal skills;
    • Rigor, drafting skills, capacity to synthesize and focus on key issues;

    Trade Marketing Executive

    • Execute annual marketing plan to promote all products and services in the Lubricants division in collaboration with relevant unit managers and 3rd party agencies
    • Liaise with the persons' responsible to publicize lubricants marketing activities of TEMNPLC on both internal and external communication platforms
    • Plan and execute relevant internal Lubricant division events in collaboration with relevant units.
    • Manage and monitor relationship with 3rd party agencies (merchandizers, activation agencies etc.) to ensure successful implementation of agreed projects.
    • Responsible for the vendor management of all lubricant business marketing projects by raising and processing purchase orders in time and within budget and ensuring timely payment of completed jobs.
    • Manage the supply chain management process in partnership with the Purchasing unit of ordering relevant marketing materials in line with quality standards, budget, and timelines.
    • Monitor brand marketing trends, evaluate business opportunities, and recommends new initiatives and opportunities.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual lubricant marketing reports of ongoing commercial marketing projects
    • Prepare a REX and postmortem on all lubricant business product promotions and marketing actions carried out.
    • Regular monitor and monthly update of the marketing budget.
    • Conduct and prepare biannual market research on lubricants.
    • Work closely with the sales team for the development and execution of activities for lubricants based on their short -to- medium term objectives

    • The office is situated at the Head Office and requires close work relationship and contact with all units as well as the Sales Regions.
    • Regular contact with local and foreign partners as well as TEMNPLC's internal and external agencies.
    • Exhibition of good knowledge and application of brand management, marketing communications and Digital/information Technology

    Candidate profile

    • BA/BSc in Marketing, Mass communications or Digital marketing. Masters in Marketing is an added advantage
