    Security Coordinator II

    Description

    Acts as Security Coordinator implementing a robust security program for a site or group of sites in accordance with regulatory requirements and Company (EM) security processes, including oi System (oi) requirements and Global Security Recommended Practices.

    Site Security Contacts maintain security programs to ensure adequate security processes (e.g., access control, security program reviews, guard force management, risk management, incident response, emergency response) are in place to respond to threats that the site may face.

    • Site Security Contacts focus on building and enhancing core expertise in security operations as well as building relationships with internal partners (e.g., site personnel, Global Security, P&GA (Public & Government Affairs), Company Information Technology (EMIT), Procurement, Law, Medical
    • and Occupational Health (MOH)) and external partners (e.g., International Oil Company (IOC) counterparts, law enforcement) to meet business needs.
    • Supervise the implementation of approved plans and the application of preventive measures, solutions and remedies to identified threats and security weaknesses
    • Verify security adherence for all employees and contractors
    • Conduct security surveys on according to company standards
    • Investigate security incidents as required
    • Carry out security related liaison activities as needed
    • Coordinates activities of security forces when needed
    • Prepare the Security Monthly Time-sheet
    • Assist at Flight arrivals and departures

    Job Requirement

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Previous experience in Security
    • Ability to manage a team in a period of crisis
    • Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Minimum experience in a position within law enforcement, Private security, or military.

    Cost / Schedule / Controls Engineer / Specialist III

    • The Cost/Schedule/Controls Engineer will perform or coordinate effort for cost estimate preparation, estimating oversight and quality assurance reviews for Company operated and Other Builder Operator estimates for all Gate and Funding milestones.
    • The Cost/Schedule/Controls Engineer will also prepare Check Estimates and Schedules to compare with Operated by Others (OBO) Operator preparedsubmittals.
    • Also, this person will participate in estimate / Schedule assessments (verification of project cost & schedule bases).
    • Expected to participate in Estimating Group process efficiency tools and quality assurance review process improvements.
    • Responsible for maintaining change control, cost reports, etc.
    • Work with project estimator, planner and scheduler and Client’s accounting staff
    • Coordinate and assemble the monthly progress reports
    • Work closely with client’s project manager and team leads for regulated and non-regulated accountingb reporting requirements

    Job Requirement

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering within discipline or equivalent professional experience
    • Previous experience in a closely related position
    • Skills to negotiate and broker successful solutions between Internal Coordination parties above
    • Advanced level proficiency in Cost Estimating, Project Planning and Project Controls
    • Strong Influencing, consulting, mentoring, analytical, and computing skills
    • Adaptability to changing priorities

    Instrumentation and Controls Engineer III

    •  Evaluate and comment on discipline engineering work performed both internally and by Contractors and sub contractors to ensure that work is being executed in accordance with project specifications, company
    • standards, and regulatory requirements. Facilitates effective execution of discipline engineering and design routines that align with the project's goals, objectives, and procedures.
    • Assures accurate and timely communication among the Project Team and other Company functions on discipline engineering activities, progress, and issues. In addition to technical ability, they should demonstrate sound communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Execute control system life cycle management programs which include control system inventory, obsolescence plans, managing spare parts and upgrade/replacement planning
    • Support control system maintenance and test planning as required, software upgrades, ESD testing, offline and online testing, and coordination of activities with/without plant shutdowns
    • Support metering systems maintenance planning including for custody transfer, allocation, regulatory, and leak detection applications
    • Support planning and coordination of tasks related to control system cyber security
    • Review systems for compliance with company’s Industrial Control System Requirements (ICSR) to minimize cybersecurity threats
    • Participate with multi-disciplinary alarm management efforts including alarm rationalization, prioritization, development of state based alarm schemes, and design / modification of alarm systems
    • Review update and develop instrument and controls technical documentation / drawings including P&IDs, cause and effect, and control narratives
    • Travel to production affiliate office/facility locations for onsite support or rollout of new global support initiatives

    Job Requirement

    • Bachelor’s or MS degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related engineering specialty, or equivalent professional experience
    • Extensive knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria
    • Able to review, evaluate, and update cause and effect, P&IDs, logic and architecture diagrams and control narratives
    • Experience in selection, application, and ISA data sheet specification of hardware including pressure/ temperature /level instruments, control valves, shutdown valves, and fire/gas detection
    • Proficient in data collection and analysis with common database and software data analysis tools such as SAP, Analytics for Excel and Tableau
    • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs
    • Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications

    Economist

    Description

    • Actively participate in delivering annual planning exercises: the E&P Long Term Plan, Budget, PRIME reserves calculation, Exploration & Appraisal budget, ASC932 Cash Flow reporting to the US stock exchange, etc.
    • Carry out economic studies of development projects, exploration wells, new business deals, project sanction dossiers.
    • Prepare and present to senior management the results of economics studies (i.e. Company management, CDEP, BR, COVAL, CORISK/COMEX).
    • Maintain the economic model and the modelling recap with any changes regarding the economic environment.
    • Prepare and maintain the Fiscal Summary Sheet of assets in charge with annual update.
    • Develop improved interfaces with technical and financial entities to improve quality and deliverability of economic analysis.
    • Participate in the development, audit and validation Microsoft Excel tools /models used for economic evaluations and Essbase for data storage.
    • Keep abreast of new approaches and proposed alternative approaches to Economic studies.
    • Acquire and develop competencies on different economic models (aim at least 1 new per year), and the associated contractual and fiscal information.
    • Undertake and perform high quality, accurate and sound economic analysis in relation to all of Company’s business activities.
    • Take a critical view of the input data (production, cost, impact on other assets)
    • Knowledge of contractual terms of the asset in charge, as well as fiscal terms of regulations in force.
    • Use knowledge and experience to define business cases and the most relevant KPI’s
    • To provide Management a comprehensive view of Company’s activities from an economic and value perspective, and to provide analysis and advice on maximising that value.
    • Maintain and improve economic practices within Company.
    • Capacity to work to tight deadlines & produce high quality work within a high-pressured environment.

    Job Requirement

    • Graduate in a technical, finance or economics discipline
    • Highly experienced in the use of Microsoft excel and economics modelling
    • High level of computer literacy – Microsoft Excel / Visual Basic
    • Highly numerate, analytical thinking, detailed oriented,
    • Synthesis capabilities and capacity to escalate messages to senior management
    • Experience in technical upstream “metier”: preferable but not mandatory.
