    Automation / Electrical Instructor

    Location: Portharcourt, Rivers

    Summary of Job Function

    • The job involves impacting technical knowledge to skilled and unskilled personnel from the engineering sector in the area of Industrial Automation, Instrumentation, and Electrical Engineering via the use of modern training aids, software, simulator, and hands-on equipment.

    Responsibilities

    • Developing new and updating existing Instrumentation, Automation, and Electrical courses.
    • Implementation of Industrial Electrical Control training and projects.
    • Sourcing for instrumentation and Industrial Electrical Control projects e.g. procurements, installation, repair, upgrades etc.
    • Building, installing Automation & Electrical trainers as well as software to facilitate training programmes.
    • Team member of the research and development team in Automation, Instrumentation, and Industrial Electrical Control.

    Requirements
    The specialist should possess the following qualifications:

    • Automation/Electrical Instructor will have over 6 years experience in Automation, Instrumentation/process Engineering and Engineering Projects
    • BSc / BEng / BTech. in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields
    • Over 3 years of hands-on training and facilitation experience/ presentation skills
    • Ability to design world-class training materials and trainers.
    • Must be skilled in practical/ field experience with direct applications of relevant software.

    Job Skills:

    • Ability to facilitate to pass across previous experience
    • Ability to work under pressure and tight reporting schedule
    • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Readiness to travel for in-plant training
    • Ability to carry out industrial automation installation projects
    • Ability to carry out Electrical Troubleshooting and repairs using schematic diagrams.
    • Ability to design Electrical Control diagrams, read Electrical and P&ID diagrams.

    Automation Lead

    Summary of Job Function

    • The job involves providing training services (In-Plant and In-House) and consultancy services to clients in the FMCG, Oil and Gas industries, skilled and unskilled individuals in the area of Industrial Automation, Instrumentation and process control, via the use of modern training aids, software, simulators and hands-on equipment.

    Responsibilities

    • Developing/updating new instrumentation and process control courses
    • Implementation of calibration training and projects
    • Sourcing for instrumentation and process control projects e.g. procurements, installation, repair, upgrades etc.
    • Provide Instrumentation design and automation support for new projects for clients in the FMCG, Oil and Gas Industries.
    • Lead research and development team in Automation, Instrumentation, and Control.
    • Building, installing automation & process trainers as well as software to facilitate training programmes.

    Requirements
    The Head, Automation should possess the following qualifications:

    • Automation Lead will have over 7 years skill and competencies in Industrial Automation, Instrumentation, Process Control Engineering, and must have handled some Engineering Projects.
    • BSc / BEng / BTech and MSc in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields.
    • Over 3 years of hands-on training and facilitation experience/ presentation experience.
    • Ability to design world-class training materials and trainers.
    • Must be skilled in practical/ field experience with direct applications of relevant software.
    • Minimum of 35 years' old.

    Job Skills:

    • Ability to facilitate to pass across the previous experience.
    • Ability to work under pressure and tight reporting schedule.
    • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Readiness to travel for in-plant training.
    • Ability to multi-task.

    Account Officer

    Summary of Job Function

    • Responsible for keeping proper financial record of the company and ensure maintenance and adherence of the Recommended Accounting procedures and processes

    Key Responsibilities

    • Keeping Accounting / Financial records
    • Banking Activities (Opening of accounts, reconciliation)
    • Settlement of vendors payments
    • Income / Receipt coordination / monitoring
    • Asset record keeping
    • Payroll Administration
    • Liaison with statutory bodies (i.e State and Federal tax authorities)
