    Storekeeper Golden Penny Foods

    Purpose

    • To support efficient store operations by accurately receiving, storing, issuing, and documenting materials while ensuring stock availability in good condition and strict compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Food Safety standards, inventory control procedures, and safety requirements.

    The Job

    • Receive, inspect, and verify stock items against delivery documents to ensure quantity and quality accuracy.
    • Issue materials based on approved requisitions while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.
    • Maintain accurate records of all stock receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
    • Organize and arrange stock items systematically for easy identification, accessibility, and retrieval.
    • Monitor stock levels and material usage to ensure timely replenishment and uninterrupted operations.
    • Notify relevant personnel when stock reaches reorder levels.
    • Participate in periodic stock counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation exercises.
    • Ensure daily updating of bin cards, stock records, and inventory management systems.
    • Apply FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and LIFO (Last-In-First-Out) inventory principles where applicable.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of five (5) O'Level credits including English Language and Mathematics in not more than two sittings.

    Experience:​

    • Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or warehouse operations.

    The Person Must:

    • Be detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and organizational skills.
    • Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and accountability in handling company materials.

    Checker - Internal Control Golden Penny Foods

    Purpose

    • To ensure inventory control processes are effectively monitored and enforced to minimize wastage, prevent inventory discrepancies, and safeguard company assets through strict adherence to internal control procedures.

    The Job

    • Initiate and monitor the loading process of company products, ensuring accuracy in loading patterns and compliance with approved procedures.
    • Detect, prevent, and report any cases of underloading or overloading of company products.
    • Verify that invoiced products correspond with gate passes, weighbridge dockets, and other supporting documents before dispatch.
    • Maintain accurate registers and records of all product load-outs and inventory movements.
    • Monitor the discharge of AGO, Petrol, Gas, and other materials to ensure the correct quantity and quality are received by the company.
    • Supervise the loading and evacuation of scrap materials to ensure only authorized items are released.
    • Verify locally supplied goods and materials before usage and payment approval.
    • Monitor weighbridge operations and ensure compliance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
    • Verify invoiced goods and goods receipts on D365 to ensure accuracy and completeness.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of O'Level certificate with five (5) credits including Mathematics and English Language.

    Experience:​​

    • Minimum of two (2) years' cognate experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, internal control, or related functions.
    • Experience in an FMCG or manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.

    The Person Must:​

    • Possess strong numerical and analytical skills.
    • Demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Have good record-keeping and documentation skills.

    Supervisor - Internal Control Golden Penny Foods

    Purpose 

    • To supervise and coordinate inventory control activities, ensuring effective monitoring of loading operations, inventory movements, and internal control processes to minimize wastages, prevent losses, and safeguard company assets.

    The Job

    • Supervise Internal Control Checkers to ensure accuracy and compliance during the loading of company products.
    • Allocate Checkers to all loading bays and control points to ensure adequate coverage of operations.
    • Consolidate load-out reports and checker activity reports across shifts for management review and decision-making.
    • Raise and document incident reports from loading bays and operational areas.
    • Follow up on control issues, discrepancies, and exceptions reported by Checkers and ensure timely resolution.
    • Maintain attendance records and daily supervision reports for Internal Control personnel.
    • Monitor the movement of raw wheat, bulk flour, and other materials across inter-company transactions and maintain accurate records.
    • Verify compliance with inventory control procedures, loading standards, and approved operational processes.

    Qualifications

    • OND in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
    • O'Level certificate with five (5) credits including Mathematics and English Language.

    Experience:​​

    • Minimum of two (2) years' cognate experience in Internal Control, Inventory Management, Audit, Warehouse Operations, or a related field.
    • Experience in an FMCG or manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.

    Workshop Maintenance Planner - Golden Transport Division

    Purpose  ​

    • The role will be responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating all maintenance activities for the Diesel and CNG Trucks in the workshop to help minimize truck downtime, optimize workshop productivity and ensure regulatory compliance to safety.

    The Job

    • Develop and maintain schedules for Trucks and equipment to serve the purpose of 10x10 strategy to improve Workshop efficiency (10 trucks in the workshop and meantime repair of 10 days).
    • Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance tasks with the team on each category of Trucks.
    • Create and manage work orders, availability of spare parts, tools and manpower for maintenance management system on scheduled jobs.
    • Monitor equipment performance with approved budget and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Liaise with the WSM to submit the annual CAPEX for Workshop.
    • Ensure proper interface/handshake between Fleet Operations, Workshop and 3rd Party employees assigned to task for efficiency.
    • Maintain accurate records of service history, inspections and compliance documentation for Workshop.

    Qualifications

    • HND or BSC in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or related field.

    Experience:​​

    • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in fleet maintenance planning or workshop operations, preferably in Diesel or CNG truck environments.

    The Person Must:​ 

    • Possess strong technical knowledge of Diesel and CNG truck systems.
    • Understand preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance practices.
    • Be able to create, schedule, and manage maintenance plans effectively.
    • Be proficient in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
    • Have strong analytical skills to monitor equipment performance and identify improvement opportunities.

    Auto Electrician - Golden Transport Division

    Purpose  

    • Responsible for diagnosing and repairing electrical faults on trucks and trailers to ensure optimal fleet performance and minimal downtime.

    The Job

    • Diagnose and repair electrical faults on trucks, trailers, and tractors efficiently.
    • Detect and rectify electrical fault codes using appropriate diagnostic tools.
    • Ensure all assigned trucks and trailers are repaired in line with acceptable standards.
    • Carry out routine electrical inspections and preventive maintenance.
    • Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
    • Work closely with fleet and maintenance teams to ensure vehicle availability.

    • Possess good communication and teamwork skills.
    • Be able to read and write effectively.

    Qualifications

    • Trade Test, SSCE, or National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
    • Additional technical certifications are an added advantage.

    Experience:​​

    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in truck maintenance, specifically electrical systems.
    • Experience working with diesel trucks is required.
