Job Purpose

• Client management and development alongside senior team members
• First point of contact for the client on a project
• Run projects with minimal senior supervision
• Execute all elements of the research and project management process.

Job Scope

• Client target and Contact: Client relationship development and maintaining key client contact on standard projects
• Team contact: Co-ordinate management of resources. Participate in resource discussions & mentoring of junior team members
• Supplier contact: Manage key supplier relationships
• Learning & Development: Implement a learning culture through sharing skills and coaching, personal focus on client relationship development skills and proposal writing.

Requirements

• Advanced Degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Economics, or a related field
• 7+ years' experience in research, evaluation, and consulting within the social development sector
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team development skills
• Proven ability to generate funding through business development and proposal writing Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
• Proficiency in SPSS, STATA, R, and other data analysis tools
• Excellent analytical, report writing, presentation, and communication skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong understanding of social development challenges and opportunities in Nigeria
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure
• Strong collaboration, coaching, and relationship management skills Ips.
