Assistant Project Manager (Construction) at Ribap Networks Limited

A growing construction project management firm is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered according to plan, on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the work programme and make sure site activities follow the project plan
• Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and action points across the project team
• Make sure procurement is scheduled on time so work isn't delayed
• Track project costs against budget
• Check workmanship quality against drawings and specifications
• Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and site logs
• Attend site meetings, take minutes, and follow up on decisions
• Support snagging and project close-out

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Building, Quantity Surveying, Project Management or similar
• At least 1 year of construction project management experience
• Must live in Yaba or its environs

Skills

• Reads architectural and structural drawings
• Understands BOQs and construction materials
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong report writing and documentation
