Assistant Logistics Administrative at Apple and Pears Limited

Responsibilities

• Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests
• Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
• Prepare shipping documents (invoice, purchase Orders and Bill of loading)
• Coordinate Our Supply Chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery
• Schedule shifts for our drivers and warehouse staff
• Maintain updated records of orders, supplies and customers
• Assisttooversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed

Requirements

• Minmum of an HND certification and experience in manufacturing and deport operations.
• 3 - 6 years relevant work experience.
• Work experience as a logistics administrator, warehouse administrator or similar role.
• Knowledge of logistics softwares or transport management systems
• Basic accounting Knowledge
• Excellent organizational and time-management skill
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word applications.
