The Key Purpose of this role is to provide specialized electrical artisan skill and knowledge to the shift team, and to support the operations, maintenance of the E&F plant and to perform and assist in problem solving.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Comply with safe, health and environmental procedures and legislation
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards
• Identification of unsafe practices through SIO's
• Conduct safety inspections and audit safe maintenance practices
• Adherence to PPE policies
• Maintenance tools are in good working order
• Locate plant, equipment, spares and relevant documentation and or systems
• Plan and prepare the job, carry out repairs and maintenance
• Operate workshop equipment
• Communicate effectively in teams and contribute to self and team development
• Backlog, generate tags for follow on work and Satisfied customers – no rework

Minimum Requirements:

• Trade Tested N3 Electrical
• Electrical artisan - Trade Tested
• Electrical trade coupled with C&A
• Qualified, trade-tested mechanical artisan with N4 to N6 qualification
• Min. 2-3 months on the job training
• Manufacturing Basic Maintenance Training
• Ideal 3-6 months on the job training
• Experience: 1-2 years as an Electrical Artisan in similar industry

We are seeking a highly motivated, super organized self-starter to fill the role of BU VIC Price PPM in our Team. 

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Price Variance reporting for the BU
• Price variance problem solving
• Price variance savings initiatives support
• Procurement VIC accruals processing and reversals management
• Monitor & track one offs
• Supplier recon facilitation. Confirming FX & commodity rates as well as reasonability for hidden FX & commodity exposure
• Weekly & Monthly review of PV reasonability and own directive on corrective actions
• Monthly price variance interrogation and commentary with CPM/CatMan
• Price reconciliation for COGNOS build up for VIC price
• Monthly VIC RAU T&M deck completeness accuracy, completeness & review (NG BU PPM only)
• Monthly VIC Pack T&M deck completeness accuracy, completeness & review (NG BU PPM only)
• Monthly VIC S&P T&M for price deck completeness accuracy, completeness & review (NG BU PPM only)
• Finished good FX & excise population into CTRM
• Finished goods end to end management
• WAPT & Payables alignment support
• MAP report population
• Preclosing routines to ensure month end in line with expectation

CTRM: Volume accuracy and Validation:

• Manage forecast accuracy of consumption volume with planning
• Maintaining & sense check correct conversion factors between material & commodity
• Manage accuracy of monthly actual quantities consumed into LE tool
• Manage accuracy of monthly actual commodity volume into CTRM
• Manage accuracy of forecast quantities consumed into LE tool
• Manage accuracy of forecast commodity volume into CTRM

FX exposure population & management for the BU

• Responsible for accuracy of FX exposure in FX currency and timing
• Responsible for FX review with treasury

Mark up: BU markup validation and accuracy

• Liaising with control & MUBEX on differences and matching
• Support in reconciliation on Mark up between what has been generated by ERP and what has been posted by Mubex

Annual:

• Bottom up budget load into ERP
• Bottom up Budget support on accuracy interrogation and adherence to 1YP
• LE volumes, historic prices. UoM alignment in BU tool
• Bottom up timeline management
• Bottom up/top down reconciliation for plug analysis and allocation and 1YP target accuracy
• Comm/NC split correct by plant by material

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant 3-year university degree in i.e., accounting, business, economics, engineering or similar
• MBA / CIMA / CA (SA)would be advantageous

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in finance in a manufacturing environment
• Experience Product Costing
• Knowledge of Financial Reporting
• Knowledge of general accounting and consolidation practices
• Project management, problem assessment and solving skills
• Working in an ERP environment
• Working in a process-oriented organization

Technical Competencies:

• Computer skills (MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Good knowledge of consolidation & reporting tools (Cognos, TM1, BI)
• Knowledge of ERP Systems SAP, SYSPRO
