    Area Managers (Grocery Retail Chain)

    Job Objective:

    • The Area Manager will be saddled with the responsibility of ensuring that there is a clear plan in place which enables the adoption and growth of revenue for the stores within the designated territory or region.
    • This role will work closely with the Sales and Store Team to create and achieve the highest possible productivity.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work with the Sales Manager, Store Managers, and staff to achieve better results and be more successful.
    • Maximize the sales of the stores.
    • Setting financial goals and sales targets
    • Ensure that the store's general and daily operations are conducted according to the company’s rules and regulations.
    • Take all steps necessary for having excellent store employees.
    • Ensure the lowest possible costs for all operations and procedures.
    • Working in cooperation with all other departments in order to let the company achieve better results and be more successful.
    • Achieve the highest possible productivity.
    • Analyze data daily to spot trends/opportunities and act upon them.
    • Provide regular updates to team members and management.
    • Regularly review stores and ensure documentation is followed.
    • Work with the product team to ensure strong coverage and reach of products.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years’ cognate experience in retail management operations, sales, and P&L.
    • B.sc / H.ND in any related field from a reputable university
    • Strong supervisory, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
    • Ability to reason and take decisions, especially in trying circumstances.
    • Excellent communicator with strong verbal and written skills
    • Must be analytical and comfortable reviewing data. Proficiency in Excel required
    • Must be motivated, organized, and determined
    • Must be results-driven, commercially aware, and have problem-solving abilities
    • Must be able to juggle multiple tasks, can work with a plan, and work in a fast pace environment

    Product Manager (Heavy Equipment Construction Machines)

    Job Objective: 

    • The Product Manager will be charged with the responsibility of collecting, consolidating and analyzing customer requirements and needs, conducting competitive analysis.
    • Meanwhile S/he will be responsible for developing training material for new and existing products and conduct training for sales team and dealers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Demonstrate abilities in identifying and analyzing the technical advantages/competitive advantages of the Company’s products through the comparative study of sites and competitors’ products and activities.
    • Drive demonstration and operator training proficiency within the distribution network.
    • Visit dealers and customer sites to understand their needs, product application and use case.
    • Develop compelling sale speech, videos, presentation, and pictures and produce TCO data based on the technical advantage/competitive advantages of the Company’s products.
    • Develop and propose products development and improvement plans through the comparative study on sites and competitors’ products and follow up with headquarter about strategies.
    • Demonstrate abilities in crafting and developing compelling sale speeches and tools including creating customer success stories, developing sale pitches and standard terminology in product introduction speech.
    • Provide and propose integrated product solutions to key industrial customers through comprehensive studying and understanding of their working conditions.
    • Identifies product improvements and configurations for equipment in varying applications in the market.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in the Business study/ product design or engineering
    • 5-10 years of working experience in heavy equipment (Wheel Loaders, Excavator, Roller, Grader, Bulldozer and etc.) sales position
    • 3 + years of related experience and training in related heavy construction equipment required
    • Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
    • Strategic mindset with excellent analytical and conceptual skills
    • Ability to maintain business relationships with a high degree of integrity and trust.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of product applications and customer practices
    • Ability to travel as required including internal and domestic travels.
