    Area Field Operations Representative

    Description

    • We are expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals to join us as Area Field Operations Representatives in key areas of Lagos and beyond. We are providing you the clients from our database of customers, so you don't need to meet any target or look for customers.
    • You will be working remotely full-time and so, this is not a sit-at-the-office work operation.

    Role Overview

    • As an Area Field Operations Representative, you will be the face of PoiseConnect in your locality, ensuring smooth logistics operations and excellent customer service. 
    • You will coordinate customer requests, resolve local issues, and maintain strong relationships with our partners and service providers in your locality. We are providing the clients from our database of customer base and so you dont need to meet any target or looking for customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure documents of clients are rightly collected, collated and submitted to appropriate agency offices near you
    • Call potential customers through daily assigned leads and secure appointments for the week.
    • Coordinate dispatch drivers' arrivals and commuting to clients' addresses for our home and office logistics moving services
    • Act as the primary point of contact for drivers of dispatch logistics and customers you are assigned in your area.
    • Monitor and report on local logistics operations to the central office.
    • Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or customer complaints.
    • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods within your assigned region.
    • Conduct regular field visits to partner offices/apartments, parks, and customer locations.
    • Maintain accurate records of operations and provide daily and weekly reports.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an SSCE, OND, NCE, HND, or B.Sc Degree with 1-5 years experience.
    • Strong knowledge of your local area/region
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
    • Willingness to travel within your assigned area and work in the field (work from home strictly)

    Office Assistant

    Job Details

    • We are looking for reliable Office Assistant who will be assisting th Operation Manager with performing admin, routine clerical and digital operations tasks and errands from our Yaba, Lagos office. 
    • We require young, agile and proactive individuals who would also be interested in learning and advancing career development as will be offering promotions to higher departments, better career training as well as providing increment in earning capacity.
    • Do note that this role is for individuals with minimum of an SSCE / NECO, NCE, Diploma Certificate or OND qualifications (No Higher Qualification should apply. Take note)

    Responsibilities

    • Fully trained by Operations Manager on specific operation tasks to handle
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established rules and regulations
    • Perform on-boarding Admin tasks as instructed by Operations Manager
    • Implement digital postings of listings on assigned digital platforms daily
    • Perform other assignments as necessary to ensure that the office runs properly
    • Coordinate with our Logistics Drivers to ensure prompt deliveries of clients' items and requests

    Requirements

    • Strictly minimum of an SSCE / NECO, Diploma Certificate or OND Holder in term of academic qualification (Higher qualification will not be considered)
    • Attention to details
    • Experience as an Office Assistant will be an advantage
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
    • Ensure phone is always in good condition for easy communication, work operations and regular reportage - no excuses
    • Must reside in Lagos only (PREFERABLY - Surulere, Yaba, Jibowu, Fadeyi, Gbagada, Ketu, Bariga, Anthony, Ilupeju, Obanikoro and surrounding axis
    • Good and effective communication skills (Speaking, Listening & Writing).
