Job Summary

• As the Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the execution of architectural projects.
• You will create innovative designs, prepare detailed drawings, and collaborate with project teams to deliver functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable structures.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative and functional architectural designs for projects
• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using design software
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and client requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc / HND) in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an architect
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and a good render engine.

Salary
N180,000 - N250,000 Monthly.

Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 2 - 5 years experience in business development or sales, preferably in a creative or marketing agency
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and close deal.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
