Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and expertly assemble a diverse range of aluminum components, including frames, partitions, racks, extensions, railings, canopies, cladding panels, louvers, windows, and doors, ensuring superior quality and adherence to design specifications.
• Install complex aluminum facade and cladding systems on building exteriors with precision, strictly following architectural drawings, blueprints, and project timelines.
• Perform routine inspections, conduct proactive maintenance, and execute timely, effective repairs on damaged aluminum structures and cladding systems to ensure their integrity and longevity.
• Demonstrate versatility and adaptability by assisting with minor ironmongery tasks and supporting general civil maintenance activities as required, contributing to overall project efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of a Trade Test Certificate or an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in a relevant technical discipline.
• 3-6 years of hands-on, practical experience in aluminum fabrication and installation, with a strong, demonstrable specialization in cladding facade systems.
• Possession of a basic understanding and practical experience with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures is a prerequisite.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, including architectural layouts, structural designs, and schematics for building systems such as plumbing, ventilation, and electrical installations.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring the execution of high-quality, innovative, and functional designs.
• Lead, supervise, and effectively coordinate the technical team focused on finishing  work.
• Ensure all structural elements are safe, stable, and fully compliant with relevant engineering codes, standards, and regulations.
• Oversee and supervise the installation of specialized façade systems, including aluminum, Alucobond, and glass work, as well as the finishing of doors, windows, and partitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering is required.
• A Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is a significant advantage.
• 3 - 6 years of progressive work experience in building construction and finishing projects, particularly with high-rise structures.
• Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD Civil 3D and other computer-aided design (CAD) applications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate technical teams effectively.
