    Administrative Manager

    Job Description

    • Maintenance of staff records and files
    • Responsible for keeping files and documents organized for the department.
    • Maintain the document database and help other employees find and retrieve requested documents.
    • Vehicle maintenance, this including servicing and repairs.
    • Processing of trade and advert permits.
    • Processing of travel requests, this including visa processing, flight/accommodation booking, etc
    • Organizing office moves and provision of office workstation.
    • Raise all commercial requests for the dept and follow up till close-out.
    • Supervising the activities of the Head Office security guards and liaising with the vendor on issues.
    • Insurance of all assets and processing of claims
    • Collaborate with the HR in liaising with external contacts (i.e. local authorities, partner organizations, and so on) on admin-related issues for smooth operations of the department.

    Requirements

    • BSc / HND / MSc in related fields
    • 2-4 years work experience
    • Ability to relate well with others in person and on the phone.
    • Diplomatic, tactful, discreet, flexible, resourceful, dependable,
    • Creative and well-organized, with good prioritizing skill.
    • A firm and objective person.
    • Able to work effectively with multiple supervisors, balance and prioritize multiple requests.
    • Service excellence-oriented.

    Soft Service Facility Manager

    Job Description

    • Manage the day-to-day on-site operation which includes cleaning, gardening and fumigation.
    • Supervise the workforce, ensuring that janitors deliver their specific services within the agreed standards.
    • Ensuring that delivery is of the highest quality with a significant emphasis on service excellence.
    • Ensure that FM LITE continuously and effectively deliver the client’s needs to the agreed specified Service Level Agreements.
    • Ensure that the standards of compliance, health & Safety and hygiene are to the Company and Client standards at all times.
    • Supervising the tracking and maintaining consumables, supplies, and equipment and waste

    Requirements

    • B.Sc in relevant field.
    • 3 years post certificate experience or 2 above or 5 years working
    • Must reside in Delta or it's environs
    • Good hands-on practical experience on cleaning operation and maintenance
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good documentation skills (i.e. report, hand-over or duty note)
    • Good knowledge of HSE (Toolbox-talk, JHA, Risk assessment) customer service orientation.
