    Admin / HR Manager

    Job Roles
    The Admin/HR Manager will be responsible for:

    • Ensuring adequacy of human capital to support the business strategy in line with the policy of the organization;
    • Ensuring effective performance management process;
    • Coordinating branch work process and performance;
    • Maintaining positive and regular liaison with government agencies and;
    • Effective management of office facilities;
    • Implement organization’s fleet management and operations plan; etc.

    Requirements

    • Minimum Educational Qualification: First Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Management/Law or any related discipline.
    • MBA and any related professional certification/membership will be an added advantage.
    • Experience: 5 to 10 years previous experience as an Admin/HR Manager in an organized firm.

    Skills and Competency:

    • Proficient computer skills, including ability to prepare spreadsheet;
    • High leadership skill with emphasis on teamwork and productivity;
    • Ability to communicate effectively with all level staff; etc.

    Personal Assistant to an Executive Officer

    Job Roles
    The Personal Assistant will be responsible for:

    • Act as first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls;
    • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments;
    • Draft correspondence, emails and letters;
    • Reminding the Executive of important task and appointments;
    • Miscellaneous task to support the executive in the discharge of his duites; etc.

    Requirements

    • Minimum Educational Qualification: First Degree or its equivalent. Degree in accounting will be an added advantage.

    Job Details
    The Administration Officer will be responsible for:

    • Management of the company’s vehicles;
    • Management of office equipment and facilities;
    • Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to;
    • Maintain positive and regular liaison with government agencies; etc.

    Educational Qualification

    • First Degree or its equivalent.
    • Must have 3-5 years previous experience as an Admin Officer.

    Skills and Competencies

    • Proficient computer skills, including ability to prepare spreadsheet;
    • Must be physically able to bend, stoop, climb and lift heavy objects,
    • Ability to communicate effectively with all level staff; etc

    Salary
    N200,000 / Month.

    Head of Legal

    Job Details
    The Head of Legal will be responsible for:

    • Coordinating activities of the company’s Legal Department;
    • Developing and implementing of legal initiatives and systems,
    • Following up with the company’s compliance with regulatory laws, expatriate quota, expatriate recruitment, visa processing, etc;
    • Drafting contracts between the company and contractors; and
    • Representing the company at designated court proceedings that may arise.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of a First Degree in Law. Must be a Member of The Nigerian Bar Association
    • Must have 7-10 years previous experience as a Head of Legal in a corporate organization

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Proficient computer skills including the ability to prepare spread sheets; knowledge of legal software is a plus;
    • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, demanding environment;
    • Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment;
    • Detailed and versed understanding of corporate laws;
    • Excellent communication skills;
    • Informed decision making/sound judgement and excellent professional disposition; etc.

    Salary
    N300,000 to N400,000 / Month.

    Refrigeration Technician

    Job Roles

    • Maintaining and repairing cooling units in large cold rooms
    • Checking/monitoring cold room temperature, evaporator, condensers and oil coolant regularly
    • Troubleshooting refrigeration equipment failure.

    Requirements
    Minimum Educational Qualification:

    • OND in any refrigeration related course.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 7 years previous experience as a Refrigerator Technician.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Ability to diagnose faults in cooling units
    • Good oral and written communication.

    Remuneration
    N160,000 Monthly.
