    Admin Executive

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage front desk, phone calls, visitors, and emails.
    • File and update documents, invoices, and receipts.
    • Support procurement by raising requests and tracking deliveries.
    • Schedule meetings, take minutes, and maintain petty cash records.
    • Track attendance for staff/contractors.
    • Prepare weekly admin reports.

    Requirements

    • 2–5 years in administrative or office support roles.
    • Good communication, detail-oriented and customer service skills.
    • Proficient in MS365, Google Workspace, and email management.
    • Must reside close to Osborne/Ikoyi.

    Operations Executive

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan and coordinate daily/weekly activity schedules.
    • Track stock and consumables; raise purchase requests when needed.
    • Monitor service standards and escalate issues promptly.
    • Coordinate with Facility and Admin teams for smooth workflow.
    • Keep accurate logs, timesheets, and incident reports.
    • Prepare concise weekly operations updates.

    Requirements

    • 2–5 years in operations or coordination roles.
    • Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive.
    • Basic Excel/Sheets skills for tracking and reporting.
    • Must reside close to Osborne/Ikoyi.
    • For 3–5 yrs experience, please provide brief examples of past operational results.

    Facility Executive (Support Facility)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily cleaning, repairs, and general facility upkeep.
    • Monitor utilities (electricity, water, diesel) and raise supply requests promptly.
    • Schedule and follow up on maintenance tasks with vendors.
    • Maintain an asset register and basic maintenance logs.
    • Implement basic HSE practices (safety checks, incident logs, drills).
    • Provide weekly facility status reports.

    Requirements

    • 2–5 years’ experience in facility or property management.
    • Strong organisation, detail-oriented and follow-through skills.
    • Comfortable with simple reporting (Excel/Sheets, email).
    • Must reside close to Osborne/Ikoyi.
    • For experience of (3–5 yrs), please provide a portfolio or track record of facilities handled.
