    Admin Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project and field team.
    • Maintain accurate filing systems, records, correspondence and administrative documents.
    • Support meetings, workshops, trainings and programme activities.
    • Assist with logistics, office management and administrative processes.
    • Support documentation of attendance, movement, supplies and other administrative records.

    Requirements

    • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, HND or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration or a related field, with relevant administrative experience.
    • Relevant qualifications and experience for the position applied for.
    • Good communication, interpersonal, documentation and teamwork skills.
    • Commitment to humanitarian principles, accountability, inclusion and respect for affected communities.
    • Ability and willingness to work in challenging field environments.
    • Integrity, professionalism and compliance with C-HID policies, Code of Conduct, safeguarding, PSEA, anti-fraud and anti-corruption requirements.
    • Knowledge of Gujba and/or Buni Yadi is an advantage.

    MEAL Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Support routine monitoring of project activities and ensure implementation meets approved standards and targets.
    • Collect, review, analyse and maintain accurate programme data and support quality reporting.
    • Conduct field monitoring visits and document findings, challenges, lessons learned and recommendations.
    • Support accountability mechanisms and follow up community feedback.
    • Work with programme teams to identify data-quality issues and support corrective actions.

    Requirements

    • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Health or a related field, with relevant MEAL/monitoring experience.
    • Relevant qualifications and experience for the position applied for.
    • Good communication, interpersonal, documentation and teamwork skills.
    • Commitment to humanitarian principles, accountability, inclusion and respect for affected communities.
    • Ability and willingness to work in challenging field environments.

    CFM Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Support implementation of the Community Feedback Mechanism (CFM).
    • Receive, document, categorize and follow up complaints, feedback, questions and requests.
    • Provide accurate information on programme activities, eligibility criteria, entitlements and available services.
    • Handle sensitive complaints confidentially and refer them through appropriate channels.
    • Maintain accurate CFM records and support timely reporting.
    • Support community sensitization on available feedback and reporting channels.

    Requirements

    • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, HND or equivalent in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration, Communication or a related field.
    • Experience in community engagement, CFM, accountability, protection or humanitarian programming is desirable.
    • Relevant qualifications and experience for the position applied for.
    • Good communication, interpersonal, documentation and teamwork skills.
    • Commitment to humanitarian principles, accountability, inclusion and respect for affected communities.
    • Ability and willingness to work in challenging field environments.

    Protection Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Support protection activities at community and field level.
    • Conduct sensitization on protection, safeguarding, PSEA, inclusion and available services.
    • Identify protection concerns and support appropriate referrals.
    • Support protection monitoring and documentation.
    • Promote inclusion and participation of vulnerable and at-risk groups.
    • Support community-based complaints and feedback mechanisms while maintaining confidentiality.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Psychology, Sociology, Public Health or a related discipline. Relevant protection, safeguarding, PSEA or humanitarian experience is desirable.
    • Relevant qualifications and experience for the position applied for.
    • Good communication, interpersonal, documentation and teamwork skills.
    • Commitment to humanitarian principles, accountability, inclusion and respect for affected communities.
    • Ability and willingness to work in challenging field environments.
