    Accounts & Admin Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop budgets and financial strategies.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
    • Manage payroll, benefits, and donor reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements.
    • Coordinate procurement and asset management.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • HND or Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
    • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
    • Knowledge of nonprofit accounting and grant management.

    Communications, Grants & Partnership Officer

    Overview

    • Drives fundraising activities, builds strategic partnerships, and secures funding opportunities for the Foundation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a strategic grants plan.
    • Build and maintain donor relationships to achieve a 70% success rate in funding proposals.
    • Manage donor database, optimize donor engagement, and deliver exceptional experiences.
    • Organize campaigns and lead grant proposal development.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Degree in Management or Communications preferred.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising or grants management.
    • Experience in Graphics design is a plus
    • Proven track record of leadership and marketing skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
