    Accounting Software Training Consultant

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Work with clients to manage product conversion and implementation process.
    • Walkthrough business process, document and analyze the business process and recommend opportunities for improvement.
    • Liaise with customers to document functional system and business requirements using standard project effect.
    • Setup accounting program and put in place new processes based on operational needs. 
    • Carry out system testing and facilitate user acceptance test, onboarding, training and go live activities. 
    • Review less experienced consultants' work, and provide feedback and guidance.
    • Communicate clearly with managers, partners and subordinates on tasks, escalation items and deadlines.
    • Aid existing customers with resolving issues.
    • Invest in the client's internal continuous improvement effort. 
    • Ability to travel to customer sites as requested by the employer.

    Job Requirements:

    • HND in Accounting or its equivalent. 
    • Experience in design and training in a group setting.
    • Excellent presentation skills to effectively interact with internal and external business partners.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to transfer knowledge to client staff.
    • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Word and PowerPoint) and other business-related software.
    • Time management skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Team up and prepare common strategies with the sales department.
    • Set goals and meet the target.
    • Master the products and services offered and the terms of the sale (e.g. return warranty, special features, and return).
    • Monitor and analyze market trends, sales numbers and marketing metrics.
    • Audit competitors and follow up on current developments.
    • Lead and manage phases of clients' projects, e.g. planning, design, sales, deployment, implementation, testing and support.

    • 1 - 2 years of work experience.
    • Proven work experience as a sales consultant is an added advantage.
    • Good understanding of sales research techniques and statistical and data analysis.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
    • In-depth understanding of sales software, e.g. CRM.
    • Ability to gather and interpret data

    Location: Lekki, Lagos

    Job Responsibilities

    • The potential graphic designer will develop concepts by examining appropriate data and materials.
    • Design and submit samples of art arrangement, size, type size and style to demonstrate topics.
    • Ability to use different design tools, especially Canva, to prepare and complete art.
    • Coordinate with external agencies, art services, web designers, marketing, printers, and coworkers.
    • Take part in team efforts by completing tasks as needed.
